As soon as I walked in an employee looked at me with distain and annoyance. I’ve worked line work fast food before I know the look well. The entire experience was confusing and disorienting and very overwhelming. There is no system or order from what I could see and it led to sloppy teamwork. Very bad first impression to this location.

The place seemed clean, which I would expect given the area that it’s in, but all I did was state my order and get asked, “Is that everything?” and the cashier asked me if I wanted to leave them a tip today. “Um…no?” That’s pretty wild to get asked that in person especially when all another guy did was ask my order and then do it. Then the cashier (a separate person) greets me by asking “do you want to tip us today?” That’s really crazy.
I ordered The Western and was under the impression that the onions and peppers would be grilled for some reason, and to my surprise and dismay, they were not. Bagel sandwich was extremely dry as you can see in the pic attached. Spent $10 on just a sandwich and an OJ. Will NOT be spending my money here again.

Been going to this location for years. The employees are great. But I am really dissatisfied with the ownership of this location. Unwilling to honor rewards from the app due to private ownership. Will look to take my business elsewhere.

Friendly service but whoever is actually making the bagels needs to take some lessons. The bagels are flat and not fluffy on the inside. These are far from the delicious perfect NY bagels I hope for. The schmear of cream cheese is also pretty sad amount for what I would expect.

The asking if I want to add a tip at the register is extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. It’s makes me feel like someone off the street is asking if I can spare some change. Pay your employees more if they feel the need to ask a for a tip from every person that already pays for the food.
