Ordered at 9:00AM on the app. Got to the drive thru and the lady could barely talk saying to look at the menu and she’d be with us in a moment. Finally got told to go to the window, just to be told to pull around and wait for our order. Did not get my order of fries, hashbrowns, and the new crabby cheesy things till 9:53AM. Food was slightly cold and old tasting. Wasn’t even hot after all that time.

I normally avoid Burger King because the location closest to me is consistently terrible, but decided to give this one a shot while traveling cross country. What a surprise! The inside was extremely clean and well-kept. The gentleman working when I visited gave great customer service, and everything tasted so much better than I ever remember Burger King tasting. The restaurant is very nicely updated with a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere as well. Did I mention how clean everything was? Very impressive. I wish other Burger Kings were like this one.

This place was so much better than other Burger Kings I have Ben to for lunch or dinner. First of all, the rest rooms were clean, which was great because we used them on this trip back from California.
Second, they were patient with us as there were nine of us… of which 3 are adults… lots of kids. Lots of confusion on ordering. Lots of mind changing. Whew!
Third…They were spot on in getting our order to us in a timely manner… and they got it totally correct… and yes, we dined in… no take out here.
I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did… BK, thanks for the kind employees and the clean RRs.

This is the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in, in a long time! I asked if the building was new- that’s how clean it is. If I were to find myself back in this area- I would totally stop in again.

Was shorted 2 large fries, called to request a either a refund or to get them a separate time. I was told they would notify the manager then they hung up without getting my name. Tired calling back but they refused to answer. Goodbye 6 dollars.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner after a horrible experience at the movie theater in Weatherford. We ordered a number 3, and the cashier didn’t even ask us what we wanted on the burgers. She ended up messing up our order, and we got mayonnaise put on it. Had to ask for it to be replaced. We ordered a large fry. Ended up with a medium. The next day after eating the food. I was down throwing up all day. I love braums, but we will not be returning.

Food was extremely fresh and served fresh and hot would definitely recommend coming here as the team will give you an incredible friendly welcome service and great fresh food.
They surely exceeded our expectations we can honestly say we have eaten at many BK locations across the world and as I am writing this I can hear Dusty going out of his way to please a young family and Kylar is happily cleaning and taking care of the kitchen amongst the rest of the team but paying attention to detail and placing customer service as their priority above all as well as keeping the kitchen area extremely clean.
WELL DONE GUYS
You will all do well in life with this attitude towards work ethic and life giving everyone a great service.
