Love the BBQ here always. Meats and sides are cooked to perfection everytime. Our go-to is the pulled pork, brisket and pit beef… I love their greens and BBQ bean, so so good. The location is unbeatable as well. Always a good time coming here.

This was our first time here. Man!! That brisket was amazing! So incredibly moist and tender. The cornbread was also delicious. Ordering and pickup was very organized and staff was friendly. We will definitely be back!

Best cornbread I’ve ever had. Delicious brisket came with two sides and cornbread for $13. A deal! We will definitely be back. So many outside areas in which to eat. Save room for dessert at the Bus Stop, located in the same parking lot. There is also a local market. I highly recommend the drive.

It’s mostly a takeout place, but you can also sit down and eat. Their pastrami sandwich was amazing and half the price of other places, like in New York City. (I’m a tourist.) Everybody is so nice, loved the collard greens even though I thought it was going to be a salad. You should defenitely stop here to eat lunch, also there’s a really good ice cream place next to it.

We have been coming to Spring Meadows and Chard for years now and it’s one of our favorite places! The food is always amazing and we’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu. My husband loves the brisket tacos and I usually get the brisket platter with mac & cheese and collard greens which are delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing bbq in the area!

Awesome bbq spot attached to Spring Meadow farms, a great place to grab lunch after you do your garden center shopping. Basic menu but it has all the staples. Be sure to check the specials! The smoked sausage sandwich was delicious and the pork tacos were incredible. The cheesy potatoes were decadent and the cornbread was almost a dessert. A bit of a wait for the food to come out, but that is to be expected. Overall wonderful experience will definitely be back

We use to come here and I remember the briskets were so moist and tasty and cornbread was so flavorful. We visited yesterday and the brisket we had was so dry good thing we asked for sauce I had to dipped it just to get moisture in. We didnt have to use the sauce before because it was so moist but now its hard to swallow. Even the pulled pork was so dry my mother in law thought it was chicken breast. Cornbread has changed too. Used to be flavorful every bite now the top only part has that flavor we loved but the rest was flavorless. Brisket tacos is still the same, didnt notice the dryness of the meat because it was smothered with that delicious sauce. Anyways the place and atmosphere is worth the visit plus the milkshake place is right next to it so in case you get the dry meat you can gulp the milkshake to help

I am replying to the owner. We had the food to go and we didnt notice until we are already home. Do you expect me to drive by an hour just to tell you your meat was dry? If you scroll back to previous comments there was another person who commented the meat was dry and you stated the same excuse about staffing issues. Google reviews is a nice place to share experience. I will come back again because I really enjoyed the food we had prior to last visit not because I just want to support you as a small business owner. More power to you and looking forward to that juicy moist brisket we all know.

Went back today to try again and glad we did. As you can see on the photo the brisket are now moist and the cornbreads are the same as I remembered them before, Moist and flavorful until the last bite. My wife had the brisket tacos and they are overflowing with toppings. Thank you so much!

Best brisket around. Pricey but delicious. It is all carry out. Great sauces, although the meat is moist enough that you don’t need any. If you do get sauce I highly recommend the sweet and spicy. Guess what, it is both sweet and spicy, but not so spicy it blows your head off. Very easy to find, it is right across from Sportsman’s Hall.
