We had our first Paris Baguette cake this past weekend for my sister’s birthday. It was amazing! The cake was beautiful and everyone loved the flavors. The icing/frosting was light and fluffy. I used the delivery option on their website and the order arrived almost to the minute. Also included were candles, a cake cutter/spatula, and even matches! They really pulled out all the stops! <3

I am adding this on January 24, 2025. I followed directions and emailed them directly but there has been to response of any kind. I am disappointed that customers’ reviews aren’t treated with the respect that we deserve.

I have frequented this location on Mass Ave for at least 5 years now. Great pastries but lately there is an employee who had a grudge against me for some reason and consistently refused to heat up my sea salt butter bun. Today is Thursday, January 15, I was there at around 5:20 pm. She came out wearing a light brown sweater and an blatant attitude and refused to heat it up again. Having a digestive issue, it was quite inadvisable for me to have room temperature diary products. I tried to explain to her that it was done regularly for me by other employees but she offered no verbal responses. Just like the previous times, when I told her I would consume it right there, she didn’t even say a word, never mind offering me a plate to carry it to the table. Through the entire exchange, she never said Thank You or Sorry or even Hi. She is definitely not fit to have direct contact with customers. When I tried to inform other employees of her behavior, they asked me who she was. She was Asian, had straight black hair, a frozen face with noticeable make up on, and no sense of courtesy.

Perfect bakery/ confectionery. We love Paris Baguette’s cakes! They are so delicious, beautiful designed, light cream and fresh ingredients. In every birthday party we got cakes for our celebration and never disappointed us.

Great place. Food is awesome. Lots of seating as it’s a good court in H Mart. It’s a block near the Red Line and bus 1 goes past it. I had a slice of rainbow cake which was so pretty and tasty and a soda. They have tons of pastries a few cakes and coffee. More than most coffee shops. Very nice!

You have stellar cakes and pastries. Your Coffee Croissant Donut is perfection. You need to discuss with your staff how to properly expedite and present your well crafted culinary masterpieces. The box is ideal not allowing for any damage to the Coffee Croissant Donut. Your staff keeps sending it to me in a bag though. Guess where all the icing is? Not on the donut. This is costing you money. Everytime I receive a damaged product I report it to the delivery service with pictures and receive a full refund. Wow I didn’t think your service could get worse but this time they boxed the croissant coffee donuts upside down. I have pics. I replied on your website you never answered and obviously haven’t addressed the issue. Hey thanks for the response but looks like your staff is still packaging your stellar pastries like they can’t see and obviously don’t care. One of your managers has an attitude problem. He was working an early afternoon shift and said they always package the pastries correctly in a box. He’s not performing quality control checks. That donut was purchased today in the early afternoon. Hey ordered another coffee croissant donut and the female manager on duty in the early afternoon said she’d boxed the one from yesterday and today. Even if the delivery person dropped the bag, I don’t see how a donut does a perfect flip without leaving icing on the sides of the box. Donut was upside down again. See pics from today.

I don’t even know how to rate this place honestly. I’m very conflicted because they make really good pastries, yet the quality is often not there. This last order might be the final straw for me because the coffee I ordered had a giant fruit fly in the bottom. Luckily for me, I order it black and pour it into a mug when I get it home so I was able to see this fly in the coffee before I drank anything, but what does that say about their cleanliness if they’ve got fruitflies in their coffee at all? I feel like for my own health I should never order from here again despite how good their pastries are. I see other reviews of moldy cakes and such so I think a health inspector needs to take a visit and get this place cleaned up or shut down.

It is perfect here. The same menu that the NYC location has. Also tastier.
Sometime I find cronut and others were being sold for days as I can feel the cold temperature of the cream.
Employees are nice and they do their best to keep the sitting area clean.
Better almond Croissant than Nero. Tate is still best for all bakery section.
