This was straight-up theft. I placed and paid for a $14 order in the Subway app at 315 E Pleasant Valley BLVD on Jan 9th 2026 at 2:30pm. When I came in, the staff “couldn’t find it.” I never received my food and they didn’t resolve it in-store.
After I complained, the order was marked “picked up” even though it absolutely was not. So I’m out the money and they made it harder to get an automatic refund.
Call it whatever you want—charging me, giving me nothing, then marking it picked up is theft in my book. Staff was rude, ignorant and completely unable to operate subway equipment, know subway policy or even handle the matter.

I did a delivery order today for a foot long sub. They didn’t actually read all instructions. I wanted pepper jack cheese plus mayonnaise on my meatball sandwich. I didn’t get either one. I am disappointed in this subway. They should only get maybe a half star

So tonight about 8 minutes till closing. There were 2 younger male employees working. I opened the door and asked if I could come in. As they were in the middle of cleaning up which they should have been doing anyway. They both agreed to let me come in to get my two subs which they didn’t have to do. And made my experience there a great one. They dealt with my indecisiveness for a second with a smile and let me take my time. So hats off to the two gentlemen that we’re working tonight.

I used to love this Subway BUT the staff at Subway changed and so the service changed. The sandwich was swimming in Mayo and siracha there were hardly any veggies on my “veggie” sub. Also my husband emphasized that I cannot have meat products and that they would have to change their gloves… It was a BIG deal for them to even do that. Then we ordered a cheese roll and the lady put pepperoni on it when we said NO MEAT. My husband went to correct her and the lady was just going to pick the pepperoni off and use it anyway and my husband said “you will have to make a fresh one” she replied “I KNOW!” Then she wasn’t even going to change her gloves and my husband had to say something AGAIN. Another lady ended up making our cheese roll after saying how ridiculous it was. There was another lady in there the same time we were bringing a sub back that she got for her husband .. Steak and cheese with green peppers, onions and mayo .. there were no veggies on hers. It was a disaster.

The ft machine was down so the lady offered me bottles I appreciate her trying to fix it for me amd then making it right when the machine just wouldn’t work ..hats off to those 2 girls made the best subs also
