I love this aroma Joe to death but they need to stop asking me if I want straws. Every time I go through the drive-through. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never said I don’t want a straw. You see me every day. Stop asking me if I want straws. Other than that the service was great and the food was great and the drinks are amazing. I love aroma Joes.

While some employees are friendly and positive, others are consistently unwelcoming. On my most recent visit, no words were spoken to me when my drink was handed through a half-open drive-thru window.
On a previous visit, I ordered a sauce (which I do often and know costs 50 cents). The employee forgot to charge me and implied I hadn’t ordered it, despite this happening politely and without issue at other locations.
This location has been consistently unpleasant, to the point where I feel anxious about who will be working when I go through the drive-thru. I love AJs, but I’ll drive to a different location from now on.

False advertising. Bagel listed as $2.40. Was charged 3.50. $1.10 who cares, but that is almost a 50% discrepancy. This is not fair practice and is against the law. I have always loved this chain. Taking advantage of the public is a deal breaker. Go grab something from Bagel Maineia or another local shop.

Customer service here is not priority. We are always given attitude when being handed our drinks for no reason. Same one employee is very rude every time I go here. I used to come to this location almost every day now I avoid it because of poor customer service and super long wait times. Drink quality has gone down hill too. I have been handed rushes the last few times that were not mixed and tasted very watered down. Today I ordered a 32oz rush and the girl handed me a 24oz rush I told her I paid for the larger size and he denied that I payed for it even after I showed her my receipt. She than continued to say that she would give me the larger size on the house even though I did pay for it and showed her the receipt. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I would like to add all the other employees are very nice and we enjoy all the other locations but this one employee has ruined it for us.

I went to Augusta Maine and I stumbled upon this coffee drive thru after impatiently leaving the long Starbucks line across the street. This coffee was so good and flavorful. I’m a avid Starbucks drinker and I can say I would go here next time instead. Very good ice coffee.
