I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order at your establishment. Today, I ordered a 12-piece bone-in fried chicken mix and agreed to wait for a fresh batch. When I returned, your staff was bringing up the fresh chicken, and one of your employees insisted on adding older chicken that had been sitting in the warm box to my order. I did not agree to wait for old chicken, and this is where my frustration began.
Despite my order being ready, I had to wait longer. I asked if I could have my order, and a woman with glasses snapped at me, stating, “Can’t you see I’m helping customers?” I was taken aback because I, too, am a customer. This employee seems ill-suited for a customer service business due to her combative and stressed mannerisms. I observed her interacting with other customers before placing my order and noticed she did not seem welcoming.
Additionally, the chicken had a burnt taste, indicating the frying oil needs to be changed. In my experience in the food service industry, this flavor comes from old, unfiltered oil.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as my past orders have been good.

The food I ordered was good, nothing special but still worth ordering. Quantity wise, it’s great you get what you pay for. I recommend that if you get chicken wings, ask for the sauce on the side.
