I love my peeps at dunks… the one thing they could do better is pay a little closer to attention to small things like the pics I’ll attach. Again. Honestly a great reliable spot to drive through and get consistent quality of service and food. I just think that giving me an everything bagel with 2 bottom pieces is an easy fix to stop the small complaints.

So sad how much quality and service has lowered. Placed an order ahead order to pick up in drive thru. 6 donuts- all right, 2 hash browns- correct. Chipotle hash browns- i thought there supposed to be bacon pieces so it can be easily eaten…not 2 full bacon thrown on top, 2 bacon topped avocado toast- again i thought there was supposed to be bacon pieces, not full piece of bacon and only one had bacon, Medium iced matcha- not even a full cup, lastly a bacon egg and cheese warmed croissant that they forgot about so they asked what sandwich it was again and so I told her bacon egg and cheese on a croissant warmed and we got a egg and cheese croissant in just a minute and a half…. probably was made for someone else and given to us. They had more than enough time to go thru the order and make sure it was correct but I guess food place employees dont really care about quality and service anymore.

I went to grab a coffee and a wake up wrap with bacon. When I walked in the employee at the register was nice and quick with the service once I had gotten my food and went into my car I could smell burnt bacon and when I opened my wrap the tortilla was burnt the cheese and all pieces of bacon it was ridiculous how burnt it was I went immediately back to the store and when an employee recognized me they had asked if something was wrong with my food I said yes and explained to her that everything my wrap including the tortilla is burnt, I also said I was dumbfounded as to how they thought it was acceptable to sever to a customer she said nothing handed me my money and said nothing. I just find it more appropriate in a restaurant setting for a manager to take accountability, not be annoyed with a customer when they spent their hard earned money I wasn’t expecting anything fancy or top par I just wanted my food not burnt which I think is asking for the minimum. If employees could take accountability more than just being annoyed with customers this places stars will go up in no time.

Food was good. Waited in drive through line for about 25 minutes with 5 people in front of me. Dunkin’ – pay your employees more or hire more people here so they can handle a few cars in the drive through. Ridiculous amount of time for a online drive through order

My last 5 orders have been missing items. The bags are always closed so I know it is the store not the DoorDash drivers. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that every single order they “forget” to add multiple donuts or bagels… ♀️

I’ve only been here for food and drinks twice. They messed up my orders both times. First time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap well done. The bacon was practically raw. They also messed up my husband drink which was a cold brew with foam. They did not put the foam on it. They do not follow order notes. Threw out my food.
Second time I came: ordered a watermelon refresher- that was good. Ordered bagel bites with plain cream cheese. Took one bite and they were stone cold in the center. I threw it out. Waste of money. I will not get food here again.

I ordered a mobile order. The worker was rude over the speaker since I guess I showed up too quickly for her liking. I then proceed to the window where I am handed a hot latte (I ordered iced) and the window was immediately shut. I tried to say excuse me a couple times and she just said the sandwich is coming. I said ok but I am just trying to let you know I ordered an iced latte. She just looked at me and rolled her eyes, took the latte back and said nothing. She gave me the sandwich which was also not the way I ordered It. I purposely order on the mobile app so that I know the information is entered correctly. She wanted the sandwich back to fix It, which I don’t think is the proper way to handle that especially during a pandemic. I stated at this point I would just like my money back and she argued about that as well. Yikes! Stay away because they’re not happy about mobile orders, but they’ll take 15 minutes to make a normal order at the drive through.

2 times now I’ve tried this stores drive thru. The first took over 15 minutes with only a few cars in line. Today I decided to try again on my lunch break. Big mistake. Took 20 minutes with only a few cars. I only ordered a small hot coffee. When I got up to the window they didn’t have my order and couldn’t find it! She repeated back somebody elses order that wasnt even close. How the hell did that happen after wasting 20 minutes in line idk. And they wanted to retake my order at the window and make it there but I was already late to go back to work and said nvm. I left with nothing and wasted my whole lunch after only ordering a small hot coffee. I will not be going back after 2 bad experiences. Seems like better management is needed
