Stopped being a regular at this particular location for last 6-8 months after being treated like a burden with overnight shift. I usually went in around 2am or so. Seemed like the workers were so upset that they had to be there. There was a girl working most nights and she was always saying “wait a minute” or “I’ll be with you soon” and the like. There was never anyone in drive thru so I’m not sure why the wait was always needed. I know they do UberEats and DoorDash but shouldn’t your customers that are presently there have precedent if no one’s there waiting for the orders (if that’s the case)?
However I was in a hurry last week and happened to give them another chance (plus I really needed coffee). I hear a man’s voice come onto the intercom and that was step one of relief. Very pleasant. Very attentive. He said he was making a pot of coffee so it would be fresh and hot for me. So we chatted for a minute while it was brewing. Learned he’s a newer employee so I described my reasoning for not wanting to bring my business into this particular location. He apologized for my bad experience (even though he had nothing to do with it) and promised me as long as he was working my experience wouldn’t be anything less than excellent. So I got my coffee and went about my day.
I’ve gone back 4 times since last week and lucky me he was working every night I went. And he was beyond stellar. Even convinced me to get some food a couple of the nights. Which to my surprise was hot and fresh as well.
So Dunkin’ may just have hired the right person to regain my business. I wish all restaurants had employees that were as good as him, especially late at night when everyone’s at their grumpiest normally. I’ll have to ask his name next time I stop in and update my review!

I get in and get interested by their $5 meal. Good, I want to stay light. Order a coffee with cream. No cream, I ask for it. They give me the small long shelf life ones (coffee shops usually have fresh diary). The tools station is empty, no napkins no stirrers. I use a straw. Get to the table, completely unstable. Coffee spilled. I ask for napkins (station didn’t have them) and, despite seeing the spilling, i am given 2!! Btw no patron received napkins. Almost 90% of tables are unstable. Employees seemed annoyed by the presence of patrons. This place needs much better management. Btw did you notice most of positive reviews mention employee names. They don’t wear a tag. Friends’ reviews to get more stars?

I stopped here the other day for the first time since I recently relocated to the area. My coffee was way too creamy and I mentioned it to staff, the manager was so accommodating and friendly gave the ok to just add another shot of espresso since it was pretty light. I appreciate how kind she was. Pretty good experience. Thank youu

I really didn’t even enjoy this coffee. I asked them for oat milk. They put a little drop of it in there and the coffee was so black and bitter. The food was cold. I really am never coming back to this place.

Food burnt and hashbrowns old and hard. Spoke with manager Sherelle and she confirmed food is to be made fresh and stated she would replace order. Then stated she pulled the hashbrowns out of the fryer herself which was a blatant lie. So I called her out. If she did then packaging and bag would have grease stains on them. Nether do and the are hard. I mean hard. I stated now I know that is a lie because they are biscuit like hard. She argued that she pulled then out of the fryer and I stated that no she didn’t then she hung up on me. Just don’t lie as I have them proof in my hand. Called back phone rang and rang and finally someone else answered and provided me her boss number. Called and left a message.

Came in at 7 am for an iced latte. Got to work and it was absolutely horrible. Went back for a refund after work (with the drink just in case) but apparently after 1pm there are no managers on staff. Big thanks to Chris for his friendly customer service and offering to remake my drink, however, I will not be back to this location due to lack of management. I needed my coffee at 7am, not 5pm.
Chris deserves a raise for handling the situation like a champ-maybe he should be your new night shift sup!

Love the new DD in Riverview. This location is easy to access and has plenty of parking. This location is also large with plenty of seating. They also provide electrical outlets and USB charging stations. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly. They are also quick and efficient at this location. The donuts have also been very fresh when I have visited. This location also has plenty of outdoor seating, maybe after it cools off in the area.

I was in the drive thru and no one ever came though I didn’t see anything saying they were closed?? Also there was a car in front of me that I’m assuming got food but idk for sure. I could be wrong and they were closed but I saw someone in there and no one even came to say they weren’t taking orders. I feel bad if there was only one person there to do everything… pay them more!!
