I had a pick up order done through the App, the app tracker wasn’t working properly but the store staff were really helpful and nice to help my friend with car side pickup. I had a not very pleasant experience with another store last time, but I’m glad I ordered from this store this time. The customer service was great and the pizza was made exactly how I had customized it.

Ordered a pizza with spinach, they put barely any spinach (see photo). I asked if they could please add more. They said no they can’t because it will burn. So when the order isn’t done as it should be you are just stuck paying for it and being unhappy or just walking out and not paying. They also added jalapenos, which were not one of the ordered ingredients ordered. I removed the obvious one you see in the picture, but bit into another and had to spit it out. Also, if you order a drink you have to tell them, can I please have my drink? Otherwise they don’t check the ticket and see what you ordered and have it ready for you. Asked for crushed red peppers to sprinkle on my pizza and they said I would have to pay for it. The pizza place 2 min from my house includes this for free, along with all the other pizza places I have been to. I actually drove from RSM to the Laguna Hills Dominos location hoping they would do better, because the locations I’ve been to that are closer to me (Ridge Route and Portola Parkway) are both terrible. After now striking out with this 3rd Dominos location in Laguna Hills, I’ve learned my lession. Avoid Dominos. There is way better pizza (and better customer service).

Absolutely the worst Domino’s experience we’ve ever had. We ordered a couple of pizzas tonight, and what we got was shocking — completely cold, half-empty, and looked like it was made by someone who didn’t care at all. One side of the pizzas literally had no toppings, just bare dough and cheese.
It honestly ruined our Friday night. We were the only customers when we arrived — and now I understand why they had zero customers on a busy Friday night. The quality, effort, and attention were nonexistent. Domino’s should be ashamed to serve something like this.
Never ordering from this location again. Save your money and go anywhere else — even frozen pizza from the grocery store would taste better and have more effort put into it.

Quite small and just a stop for pickup but service is quick and easy. Not the most cleanly &, its very noisy but youre just going and out – so you wont think twice
Open quite late compared to other options in the area and service is super quick. Do reccomend if youre looking for a late night option and pickup/takeout is a lot cheaper

This Domino’s is always on point with my orders. I haven’t had an order cooked incorrectly. The right amount of toppings, extra toppings (you actually get them!), cheese, sauce; always great customer service, fast paced, and on time with orders. 5 star in my book.

I live in Fullerton, but I wanted to encourage a friend for Valentine’s Day who lived in Laguna Hills. So I placed the order at the local store and asked if they could shape the pizza into a heart. The nice lady on the phone said they had never done it before, but they’ll try. Here’s what my friend got! I was so surprised and seeing the pic of the pizza, it totally made my day! Thanks guys!

Went to this domino’s today and the food was just gross. See pictures. Who would give food to someone that looked like this?!?! Pizza was burnt and no clue what they did to the knots. We threw it all away. Will NEVER go back here again! Disgusting

Had a little hiccup with my order recently, but I’ve got to say—I’m really grateful for how the employees handled it. One of them asked me to come by the store (which wasn’t far), and he was super quick and generous about checking to see if I was right about the mistake. No hassle, no attitude—just great customer service.
He ended up giving me such a good deal that I left seriously impressed. From now on, this is the place I get my pizza. No question. The way they took care of me shows they really value their customers, and that’s something you don’t find just anywhere. Huge thanks to the team!
