This place is my new go to teriyaki restaurant. Every dish I’ve tried has tasted like a high quality home cooked meal. I’ve tried the salmon teriyaki which is always perfectly cooked, tender, and properly deboned. The chicken teriyaki is the best I’ve ever had. It’s so flavorful, tender, and the sauce is delicious. I tried the chicken yakisoba today. I’ve always had trouble finding yakisoba that’s not a greasy and oily mess. This yakisoba is the opposite. The veggies and chicken are perfectly cooked and sauteed. The included rice was nice as well. The miso soup offered alongside meals is delicious and helps me feel warm and relaxed. The family that owns the restaurant are very kind and sweet. I can’t wait to try the bento next time!

i come to this place all the time and get their chicken teriyaki, so so good, never had any issues. today i went in and got the chicken yakisoba. within 5 minutes of eating my first few bites, i had the worst stomach pains ever. im writing this while this stomach pain is still happening (over an hour later), and TMI but ive used the bathroom multiple times if you know what i mean. ive never had an issue with this place it’s normally so so good, but this was just a horrible experience this time. im suspecting laxatives…

Everything is amazing here! The prices and portions, the customer service, and last but not least, the amazing atmosphere! They provide complimentary tea and miso soup which is unprecedented in any restaurant I have ever been to. Very sweet owner, and I highly advise you to come check this place out.

Really sweet people that work here!! The food is always fresh and full of flavor. I really love the sauces that are made for the salmon teriyaki and chicken teriyaki. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!

Found our new neighborhood teriyaki spot! Went here on a whim for lunch after a family hike along the Denny Creek trail to the salmon ladder.
Prices are very reasonable for this day and age with very generous portion sizes. Food was high quality with an excellent food safety rating.
The owner was very nice and considerate and asked about our preferences for spice levels and allergies as well for our children. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner and we’ll come back again for sure!

The previous owners were very kind and just retired in 2020 to spend more time with family. 🙂
The new owners (I think) are a young couple from Korea with their beautiful family pictures up by the register. 🙂
They have already improved the look of the inside tremendously! They made the menu behind the register MUCH easier to read, tidied up the inside decor, maybe even new paint? The best thing they’ve added is DoorDash! (Previously there wasn’t even an online menu!)
Food is delicious!
They’ve kept the same menu as before. The daily specials are my favorite. I tried the spicy beef bulgogi and it was SO GOOD! I had to eat it in phases because it was pretty spicy for me. But not for my spice-loving hubby! ❤️
I think Door Dash has made them much busier on the weeknights than they expected, so be gracious if they take a little extra time to get the order out to you while they get in the groove of things.
Your food will always be hot and delicious!

Incredible service, delicious and affordable food and generous portions! The owner noticed I was new to the neighborhood and gave me a free meal – I was so shocked and surprised! I also wandered in a little late after grocery shopping, not realizing they closed at 8:30. He actually refired the grill, cooked up a meal, and offered me cookies while I waited. I have never had such kind service before. thank you for making my week!!!
