I ordered 4 “my Pizza” boxes that contain a person pan pizza with either fries or 4 bone-out wings. I used the ap and it was super easy to pick out exactly what everyone wanted. I noted that I wanted my bbq sauce on the side of the wings (keeps them crispier.) Pick-up went smoothly. My friends’ food was hot and crispy (especially the fries!) but my pizza was made incorrectly with bbq sauce actually ON the pizza. I called and the manager told me to come back later for a new one and even set up the timer for when I got off work. Showed up at the Pizza Hut off Great Mills and a new pizza and wings were waiting.
Samantha is an incredible manager and I am very pleased I was able to get a new pizza made. Incredibly professional and the customer service is on point. 100% would order again.
Not really relevent, but having my own personal pan pizza made me so nostalgic for elementary school and the “Book-it” program. Treat yo-self like it’s 1997, y’all!!

Every time you come here, you have to wait for your food. Meanwhile, there’s employees outside smoking. Especially the employee Whom is white with a beard. And he doesn’t wash his hands before returning to work. You see him out there 5 to 6 times a shift and that’s only what I see by DoorDash every time I come there for a dash which is a few times a day you’ll see him come out every time. And I guarantee it is not clocking out because when I see him go back in the restaurant after not washing his hands. He goes straight to the food. And Management allows this to happen, But when I asked him, he told me he was Management so I guess he’s allowed. He told me it was his store to mind my own business. This was 9 PM on January 23, 2026. Every time I see him out there smoking I’m gonna write a grievance. So be ready for them. Because I’ve said something to him before and he said that he can do what he wants to do that he’s the manager so if that’s the way managers do then I want no part of this place and neither should anybody else.

Wish they didn’t use doordash to deliver their pizzas. Food arrived cold & automatically contactless. Paid .50 each for 3 marinara sauce cups and they weren’t even half way filled. There was more crust than pizza, and the pan pizza was thin & dry. When I worked at pizza hut I never saw pizzas this badly prepped/proofed or topped. 3rd time this has happened. I think I’m done with this location. It will most likely be the next pizza hut in our area to be shut down if they don’t get their act together.

This is the worst PH for customer service I have ever been too. They are rude, slow and ever since they moved the Pepsi cooler….it’s even worse…if you can believe that. As a doordasher, I hate coming here.

Ordered our pizza and got a call from pizza hut to let the door dasher know when she got to my house that they gave her the wrong order. She then had to go all the way back to the store and wait for them to prep our meal because now the original order would be cold. At least they did that. Pizza hut then called me again to update me on my order and I politely asked if they could throw in a dessert and all would be forgiven. Is that too much to ask? Apparently it is! So after a wait of 1.5 hours and having to tip the door dasher again since Pizza Hut wont pay them anything for their inconvenience we received our original order with NO dessert and NO money credited back NO Nothing……

Ordered here 5 years ago when I first moved up here and had the worst pizza in my life. Ordered here the other night and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had and the bread sticks were amazing. I asked for extra seasoning on them, the manager and cook went out their way to satisfy me. Will definitely be ordering here again.

For those of you ordering delivery, an FYI. I’ve seen some posts in here where customers think door dashers get your tip. They do not if you order through pizza hut. They only give less than half of that to doordash to pass to the driver. Don’t be fooled by door dash 100% tip claim. Read closer. It’s 100% of tips THEY RECEIVE. If they are only receiving less than 50 from pizza hut, the dasher is getting 100% of 50% of your tip. Thus, when you think you’ve tipped enough to get a dasher to bring your food hot, if it shows up cold, you know why. Dasher is getting $2 plus 50% of your tip. Yes, that is all we get of the huge mark up, deluvery fee and tip. Ask yourself…would you work for that? Other than that, the workers are cool but I still don’t care for pizza hut pizza.
