This was my first time ordering Papa Murphy’s. I placed an online order and it was ready for me when I arrived. The cashier was very friendly and super helpful. The pizza was very easy to bake. The ingredients were super fresh. Overall I was very happy and plan to make this a regular for our family pizza nights!

Every time I order from here it’s a different experience. Original crust used to be not so thin, if I wanted that I would order thin crust. This time the crust was completely demolished on the entire pizza. Would call and complain again but the store is closed now as I did a pick up order. Idk what happened but definitely not appetizing. Would not come again if this is how they make pizza. Cook time was 12-18 minutes. Cooked for 35 and it was still raw. Bad dough.

If you have a choice of which Papa Murphy’s to go to, may I suggest 10-mile & Cherry in Meridian? No skipping out on toppings here! Great service from the phone call to the pickup and they have never handed me a weak pizza. Cook your pizza on the pellet or stick smoker for the best results!

Disappointed. Green onions are not green bell peppers, but literally more than half the time I order pizza I get green bell peppers when I ordered green onions – two completely different vegetables. I’ve ordered a lot of pizzas and that’s a lot of wrong pizzas. Train the staff to know the difference. This is ridiculous!!!!

ingredients changed alot. got a stuffed bacon chicken pizza that advertises creamy garlic but was told they only have ranch which are definitely not the same.when asked to fix I was told that’s how it’s made now which is fine just change the description on your menu is all(false advertising). We ordered two pizzas and discovered MULTIPLE long blonde hairs in the pizza. At first, we thought it was an accident and just one slice and then my kids found it on 4 other slices and we completely lost appetite and tossed it.

Today they were very busy with backup orders for Tesday but the team did their best to make sure anyone in the store was taken care of. It’s always clean in there, team is polite and the pizzas are great. Just wish they had some music for entertainment for the team and for us customers so we could all have a little more fun while we patiently wait. Thank you!
