Thomas helped us and he was amazing. He informed us about specials and gave great recommendations. He was very personable and made us laugh while we were getting our food. The only downside was the cold water. I used the restroom and when I washed my hands, the water was freezing cold. I asked about it and was informed the hot water had gone out. I asked how they were getting by and they let me know they were doing dishes in freezing cold water. They were very nice about it but it seems like if I could barely handle washing my hands that it would be miserable doing the dishes. Subway needs to take better care of their employees, especially when they are so exceptional at their jobs.

I’ll I can say is Wow!! They switched the bread in 2 of the sandwiches (ham was white turkey was herb) and the 6 cookies came in one blob all smashed together. Time to retrain some employees!! This order was done online and picked up.

Customer service was great! Very friendly. Greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The only negative was the food…we ordered online for in-store pickup and they got our orders mixed up. First, they mislabeled the wrappers. Sandwich 1 was actually 2 and 2 was actually 1 (not a deal breaker). However, the extra protein was added to the wrong sub. My wife got the extra protein and did not like that because it was mostly extra ham (which she does not like). She said the other flavors were overpowered by the amount of ham her sub had.

Honestly my family and Gf passed by today and the place was absolutely amazing, very clean the service was amazing and this guy in specific was honestly the best , definitely will come by more often and truly grateful for all!

Wow. I eat at various subways quite regularly and have never bothered to leave a review. Today is the exception because the sandwich craftsman was fun, took pride in his work, and made the most beautiful sandwiches. Normally no special effort is taken in building a sandwich at Subway, but David gets props today!

This place seems to have improved recently. We have been coming here for years and it’s very nice lately. Kind workers, they make sure they are building your sandwich according to your desired specifications. Updated atmosphere. Tables are always clean. Hardly any wait.

Came in on February 2nd about an hour before they closed & opened my sandwich to find a long hair. I know it’s never intentional but it’s just gross & ended up throwing the whole sandwich away. I didn’t want to have to try & dig through the whole thing. The food is always good just a bad experience.

Placed an order in the app, but needed to cancel it. Called the store immediately after placing the accidental order three times, and got no answer. When I showed up they told me they couldn’t do anything about purchases made in the app. They said the phone doesn’t work either. They said if I wanted to talk to manager i have to come back tomorrow. Terrible customer service.

Another customer in front of me had questions about the app. They told her they’re not responsible for the app, so they couldn’t help her.

Definitely never returning to this location!

There wasn’t many people inside, store was clean. Service felt like they both wanted to fight my daughter and I. And stared us down as we left. There should be a sign that says “you are entering the arena, be prepared to fight. Their only problem is that I’m willing to oblige.
