We were at Potowatomi playing bingo and ordered nachos from Marketplace to be delivered to the bingo hall. We received a tray of mush if that is even what you want to call it. This mush came with zero napkins and no forks to help dig through it to find the chips. Because we were playing bingo we couldn’t go down to Marketplace and return them. We had to track down a Bingo hall worker for some napkins and no one could find any silverware. This has happened multiple times where food is delivered in horrible condition and/or no food or napkins! We will not be ordering food again it is overpriced for the quality and service you receive! Shame on you Potowatomi you should be doing so much better for the money you make and your customers spend!!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience compells me to do so to help management improve the experience for other future guests.
Wife and I ordered from the Mexican place. I ordered a ribeye steak burrito with extra salsa at the kiosk. When we finally got our order, I bit into what was quite possibly the worst burrito I have ever eaten in my life. It was so dry that I had to wash bites down with soda. There wasn’t a drop of salsa in it and the various ingredients (meat, beans, rice and lettuce/cilantro) were all in separate clumps. Couple bites of lettuce, then couple bites of meat, then couple bites of waaaay overcooked beans finished with a glob of starchy rice. Zero effort to properly mix them. “Ribeye” may just as well have been beef jerky. Bottom line is that this burrito made Taco Bell drive through seem like Michelin Star restaurant cuisine.
My wife’s nachos weren’t bad, but they weren’t great either. Just meh.
We’re not the types to send things back so we powered through our orders because we were both very hungry. That being said, that was our first and last trip to the market.
Constructive criticism to management: If the ingredients hadn’t been dried out from sitting on the prep table for so long and someone would have paid attention to the requested extras and assembling my burrito properly, this likely would have been a different experience. We both left with the impression that staff was just going through the motions. For what we received vs. what we paid, it was frankly ridiculous.

Terrible terrible attitude by workers at the burger place. They were very rude and disrespectful to me for a simple question I asked, like I am about to take their job or something. Such a shame to have people working at such a large establishment, Either they need to be trained about Custumer service or hire people who actually enjoy interacting with customers.

This establishment is pathetic at best. Food is subpar & Miss Tina, a manager, should be fired. Her customer service skills are SO terrible, it’s insulting. And who wants to be insulted at a casino, right? This place needs help. So, my man & I placed an order on one of the kiosks. I ordered a simple bowl of soup that was listed as available when we ordered. After placing our order & paying, we were informed that the soup I ordered was unavailable. There was no indication of this on the kiosk, nor did any employee inform us before ordering/paying. I asked to speak to the manager since a refund wasn’t an option. I was told by Miss Tina I could substitute with two pork egg rolls & a slice of cake. I received the cake, but when I was at Queen of Ramen to pick up my egg rolls, Tina came running over, denied me & then practically laughed in my face in front of numerous employees & guests. She was extremely condescending & rude. Her customer service skills suck. She has no business holding the position she has. Perhaps, she should be demoted until her customer service skills improve. I won’t be back, and I will tell all of my friends, family & colleagues to avoid Potawatomi’s Marketplace like the plague.

The Burger Co. looked like it was going to be a bust because they were taking a while to fill orders. It wasn’t their fault, they just got slammed all at once.
But, let me assure you, the burgers are fantastic, reminiscent of a Kopps burger. Same with the fries – hand-cut and fried in peanut oil (I believe). In fact, they come in nearly identical cone-shaped white paper.
Is this Kopps in disguise? I don’t know, but the food was delicious and we’ll definitely go back.
(Note: they gave us a free order of fries for the longer than usual wait time. Great, unexpected customer service for sure and I’d go back just for that reason.)

Ate at the taco place and food was short of a can of dog food. it was horrible. Steak was not steak and ground beef I’m not sure what that was. Definitely will not eat there again. 40.00 for slop.

Potawatomi had a good buffet and replaced with an overpriced food court, $14 for a burger and fries. An extra charge for fountain drinks, which are complimentary on the casino floor. Your customers are gambling in your casino, please stop nickel-and-diming us. I have elected to drive the extra 40 minutes to The Temporary in Waukegan. This casino offers a strong inventory of full pay video poker and even a small lunch buffet to boot! My first mailer based upon a modest $3,000 coin-in generated $780 in monthly free slot play, two complimentary buffets, and a loss rebate of $450. For some strange reason the new Marketplace food court reminds me of management style of Jerry Krause following the Bulls second 3-peat.

The staff give not a care in the world for the customers. Even when your order is ready you usually wait for them five to 15 minutes to get it.
