Food was good, especially the wings, but they didn’t give me the sauces I wanted. I asked for 3 different kinds, but all of them ranch when we got home. Manager said they were out of one of the sauces, but he didn’t have an answer to why the other one wasn’t there. While I was standing there he asked the cook if he packed all the sauces and he said yes. I should have checked before I left. Still good food, just disappointed about the sauces.

we ordered a specialty deal on line….had to reorder twice, then had to call the store to confirm that they received the order. Was given a total, and pizza was to be delivered at a certain time. The pizza arrived COLD and 35 minutes late!! The amount was more than I was told… they had added a delivery fee. I am happy to pay a delivery fee, but they need to inform customers of this fee when they order, NOT at delivery time.

I ordered a pizza at around 10 pm tonight and door dash was supposed to deliver it. Door dash picked it up from Marco’s and marked it delivered but I never got it. I spoke to two different employees from Marcos and they were both so friendly and extremely helpful. Once they realized I wasn’t going to get my pizza, they remade it at almost 11 and one of them delivered it himself. I didn’t catch his name, but I just want to say I’m extremely thankful. This mistake wasn’t their fault at all. They could’ve very easily ignored my call that came in 10 minutes before they closed, but they didn’t. They went above and beyond!
