First time in. Pappy’s was showing appreciation for Veterans with a free 11-inch cheese pizza. We also bought wings. All good. We plan on going back!

First time eating here and we are super disappointed, our pizza barley had any of thr toppings that we ordered, the mozzarella sticks,fries and chicken tenders were way over cooked. The marinara sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks had mold in it. The only thing we really enjoyed was the cheese bread.

Well where do I start I placed an order over the phone for wings and a pizza and when it was wrong I called back The manager continued to cuss me out and told me why I was wrong and why I should have never ordered in the first place which is never something a manager should do then two days later I’m still waiting on a remake and when I do get my remake they still mess it up again and it’s still not correct after the owner told me that he would replace everything and add two drinks just for all the BS this is honestly the worst place I’ve dealt with in years I won’t be returning. Poor customer service poor ownership, just honestly a poor company to even deal with and I would hate to see how they treat their employees if they treated me this bad.

Got a steak and cheese salad a large and it’s so small. It’s the size of a small at other places. Good but disappointing in size. Photo is a pretty small box. Expecially for almost 12.00. But it was good.

Service was slow on this trip. The broccoli and Mac and cheese had a strange after tast. Very small portion on the fresh cut fries. Good point was a lot of grilled chicken.

This has to be the worst place ever. Just moved back to the area and someone referred me to their subs, which I would love to try. I’ve literally spent the last 15 minutes and 22 calls later to never even have anyone answer my call so I could go pick an order up. Now I remember why I left Cumberland. Unreal

The sub and fries that I had were ready fairly quickly( like 6-7 minutes). The price was fair. The front lobby/waiting area was a bit dark and dull, but machine any waiting area.

I paid 22 dollars for a sub and a pizza. The pizza was like a frozen pizza without sauce, microwaved, and the sandwich couldn’t have costed them $3 in ingredients and man hours. Have to give a 1 star, because the 4.7 rating is a JOKE
