I have been patroning this Domino’s for years. We usually have Pizza Friday in our home, so of course, Domino’s had been in the rotation. I hate to write this review but the service has become very inconsistent and hygiene almost absent. There was a wave when I was getting doughy (not cooked through) pizzas. After a few times, I was giving it one more chance, and actually called to reiterate that the dough (hand tossed) was cooked through. I was informed that they were having issues with this and had finally gotten the oven repaired, and that there shouldn’t be a problem. It was ok.
My biggest problem has been actually receiving extra cheese, when I order extra cheese! Today, I immediately noticed there wasn’t extra cheese on the pie once they took it out of the oven, and so did another pizza maker. After she confronted the guy making the pizzas, came and dropped a few shreds on the cheese only side (the white spots seen in pic) and put it back in the oven. He already knew there’d be a problem because he came to the register when I was handed the pizza. I was upset at what I saw when I opened the box. I told him to keep it and refund me. He tried to argue that he followed his instructions for extra cheese, which was a blatant lie! If that was the “Industry Standard,” Domino’s would never get my business! He then told me to keep it and refunded me.
The thing is, it’s not about the money. I had already paid for it. After a long hard day, I wanted a loaded half and nice cheesy half. This ruined my dinner expectations.
The last thing is cleanliness. Obviously gloves aren’t used in the store. The pizza maker came and operated the register, then went back and put his bare, unwashed hands in some dough. The guy that was originally operating the register, kept wiping his nose, then pulled receipts and opened pizza boxes before handing them to customers. Just nasty!

I ordered a pizza online and asked for the “pie cut” on my thin crust pizza. When I arrived to pick it up, I checked the pizza and it was square cut. I told the young man I had specifically ordered “pie cut”. A young lady then asks me if I want it redone. I thought about it for a minute and then said yes. She takes it and walks off saying to me “does it taste different with the pie cut?” I said no, but I hate the square cut small pieces. She kept on running her mouth the whole time while I was standing there, knowing I could hear her. She said “some people are so entitled”. I stepped up and said, “excuse me, I can hear you and you are being very rude.” She just kept saying things. When my new pizza was done, I asked for her name and the nice young man said “that’s our boss, Ashley and he pointed to her name on the wall. Store Manager Ashley Chalker! I have never been treated so rudely to my face. I like Dominos and they are my preferred pizza place but I will not order from there as long as she is working there. I will go to the owner and report this. I was already having a bad day and she was so rude. I was fighting back tears because I was so shocked at her behavior towards me. I can understand that you have a bad day too, but you don’t speak so rudely and demeaning to your customers! I’m almost afraid to eat the pizza not knowing if she spit on it or did something to it.

Updating I order a pizza and 8 piece garlic Parmesan with Ranch dressing, the pizza got out of the oven at 4:14pm I got a call from the driver at 4:16pm to asked me about my address, well I saw the arrival time changed twice, I received the pizza at 4:30pm.
The chicken was saggy as well as the pizza they were both cold I called the store and the person that answered the phone said the chicken was Garlic Parmesan hmmm it was more a reheat chicken with some sauce on top I was not able to eat it nor the pizza horrible service I would not recommend it nor order from them again judge for yourself see the pictures!! She told me she made the order herself hmmm I have gotten the chicken before and it has been crispy with different sauce on it to deep in the ranch, I didn’t get the ranch dressing this people don’t care for the customers!!
The worst Philly cheese steak I ever had it’s so bad I didn’t eat it Dominos pizza should stick to making pizza and leave the sandwich to a real sandwich maker…. I will definitely never order again barely any meat no onions 3 pieces of green pepper and no cheese!!!! No would not recommend it either

My complaint is about the $9 tots that are the smallest serving size ever. My bacon was completely burnt. Staff is always nice but common, this cannot be the true size of what the order should be.

Ordered almost $30 of food and it was never delivered to my home. Then instead of reimbursing me or ensuring what I bought was properly sent to me, they offer me a bs coupon or 60 points. I always ordered from Domino’s, love their food, but this has absolutely soured my opinion. Gotta find a new and reliable pizza place now.
