We had a fantastic experience here for our first visit! The decor and ambience are both cozy yet elevated. Everything on the menu seemed appetizing, though we decided on the whipped ricotta, the ragu, cappalacci, and the hot date flatbread. All were so amazing and comforting. The gochujang cappalacci was especially interesting! Ingredients were fresh and the whole experience was delightful.

Very cute restaurant with a beautiful interior and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was kind and attentive.

The sourdough with black garlic butter was incredible, easily the best I’ve ever had. We also shared a Caesar salad with perfectly crispy garlic croutons on the outside and a bright, lemony dressing.

The ragu was excellent, with fresh pasta, flavorful meat, and a rich but not heavy tomato based sauce. Cocktails were delicious, especially the Fairy Fog with lavender. I just love drinks with lavender!

Highly recommend, and definitely make a reservation.

My husband and I shared:
– Whipped Ricotta
– Apple Ravioli
– High Spirits Flatbread

While everything was very good, the apple ravioli was hands down my favorite. It’s one of the most unique pasta dishes I’ve ever had. I loved the apple with it and the sauce was delicious.

The pizza was very good, though the crust was a little crunchy for my preference. I traded a slice with my mom and the Hot Date pizza was actually my favorite between the two. While they call them flatbreads, they’re what I would consider pizza, not flatbread.

We didn’t have a reservation, but we had no issue getting a table at 5pm on a weekend in October.

I wish they were open for lunch because I usually eat out for lunch rather than dinner, but if I’m in Crested Butte and need dinner again, I will definitely come back.

All around excellent dining experience complete with amazing food and service. We really enjoyed the Fancy Toast, Crudo and the meatball starters as well as the pork rib chop sharing plate. I’d highly recommend both the Hot Date and the Detroit style flatbreads. Definitely a great place to stop when in town!

Loved this spot! Food, cocktails and vibes were on point! Got lucky to get some bar seats. Love the interior decoration. The food was all amazing. Had soup, salad, pizza and the pork chop! Wish we would have had room to try more. Dessert was also delicious, got the banana flan.

Fun atmosphere and excellent food made this one of our favorites in Crested Butte. We started with the daily sourdough appetizer which was Cho plate cherry. The has a crisp exterior with a flavorful chewy interior. We shared the ragu and Cesar salad. The ragu was excellent. Very meaty with the veggies perfectly cooked. The highlight of the dinner was the apple cobbler dessert. Warm and flavorful with candied pecans and ice cream. Fantastic!

Best cocktails in town, gorgeous appetizers, and wonderful pasta. I have to go at least twice each visit. Don’t skip on getting a sourdough to take home.

Unfortunately, the menu looked amazing but the food was not executed well. I didn’t take pictures of everything. The honey butter that we ordered with the bread was very small and still cold, hard to spread. The pizza was only ok. The pierogis had wonderful flavor, but were dry. The burrata salad was very small. We absolutely loved the kale salad. That was a standout. The drinks were also not awesome – we didn’t like the mezcal drink (even though we like mezcal) and the gin ones both from the Roy G. Biv menu. Service and atmosphere were both great, I just wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The food is great and interesting. My only complaint is the “shareable food” is not shareable. The portions are single portions even though it is advertised as shareable. Just ignore that and order like it isn’t family style.

My wife and I had such a great time on our anniversary dinner. They treated us to complimentary bubbly, and the overall service was impeccable. The sourdough is incredible…same story for the flatbreads (as they’re made with sourdough). For entrees we did the pumpkin ravioli and the farmhouse squash ragu, both of which were amazing! Highly recommend this place, it’s definitely on the pricey side for entres (every thing else is reasonable) but that’s what we were going for so didn’t mind at all!
