My daughter and I visit Dodge’s often. We recently had an issue arise with a miscommunication about a pump number. We don’t like to focus on the negative, but I want to take the time to heap praise and gratitude on those who provide exceptional customer service. A young man, Omar, was calm and helpful throughout our experience. He went above and beyond to make a situation right. After speaking with the manager, Mug, we were extremely impressed. She went out of her way to assure us that customer service is a priority for her business in our close-knit community. She was personal and responsive. We can’t say enough good things about Omar and Mug.

I’ll never be back to this store, they took my wife’s money for gas and didn’t set the pump, when she went back in to tell them, they refused to turn pump on and wanted her to pay again. She ended up leaving with no gas and no refund. This also happened to my son before there I found out later. I’ll be sure to advertise for y’all

So I just after years of driving by discovered my newest stop for fast food and coffee.
Was headed for much needed coffee just a block away only to find out machine was not working and they were only offering cold coffee so I ENDED UP AT DODGES.
SO GLAD. I GOT A LARGE VERY GOOD COFFEE AND A GREAT BREAKFAST BISCUIT FOR LESS THAN I would have paid at the first place.
On top of that, these were the best, biggest butter biscuits I have ever had. I usually steer away from them but will be going back for more. The gal behind the counter was extremely nice and actually a good salesman doing her job trying to subtlety up sell you on your order which I respect completely.

I tried to send some money by Western Union, the young girl started helping me very quickly. She gave me some paperwork to fill out that took about a minute to do. She started helping a customer at one of the front registers while I was filling it out, which was fine. But then the guy that was helping her decided it was time for his break, with several people in t h e store. I waited over 5 minutes for her to come back and finish helping me. Another worker came out from the back to help her. There wasn’t anyone else in her line so I told her I was ready.
But instead of helping me she stood there a few seconds till someone else needed something at that register. So she got busy and I waited about 5 more minutes or longer. I had somewhere I had to be. I walked out very unhappy about the situation, and I told her I would have to send my wive up there later to finish it. Anyway I told my wife and she informed me that you could send money by WU on the internet, so Dodges lost my business for good.
Don’t waste your time trying to send money at Dodges, do it online- it’s cheaper too!

Thur Sept25 2024 ordered Thur special.. stated 4 strips and a roll $6.99. Their advertisment and sign. Ordered 2 and had one ¢89 slush. Total $1621.looked at my receipt I pd $1.79 cent for a supposedly free to ll!

This place used to be my first stop every morning before work, a few months ago I stopped coming here because the manager is rude and problematic, the workers always stood around on their phones with a store full of people and only one register open, and it’s always dirty. I was late for work quite a few times waiting in a store full of people with one register open and over half the staff standing around doing nothing. The only workers that we’re actually doing their jobs in the morning time were the older black woman and the red headed girl. Even on the days I stopped by the store after I got off there was only one brown headed girl that actually did her job while the rest were on their phones or just standing around. Dodges has went downhill A LOT in the last couple years. Once again, the food is overpriced, the workers for the most part INCLUDING the store manager are rude, and it’s always dirty. Do not recommend.

This is the worst corporation. They have many stores, some clean and some nasty. The management in the main office is not intelligent enough to understand logic and reasoning. The products are questionable. I have had hair in my fried chicken strips. They have a decent facade but the actual corporate offices and management ruin what could be a great store. The hair in the food and sticky stuff on products on the shelves could use some real attention too. You would think that pride and greed would not be allowed together in the bible belt. Let’s do a class action… anybody else had a bad experience here.. speak up and be heard.

Everytime I come here half the slushee/fountain drink machines are down, it’s always a mess, I came in for a hot chocolate the other day & the whipped cream dispenser was empty, I told the workers and they just stood around and did nothing. I came back today and it was still empty. I didn’t even bother. Just left.

Everytime I come here the cashiers are to busy talking to help anyone. My wife walked up to get food this time and the lady just walked off. Didn’t say hold on or anything. After waiting 10 minutes we just left.
