Everything was delightful. I had the rigatoni with a meatball on the side, my partner had a sampler platter which had lasagna, fettuccine primavera (which he asked for instead of the fettuccine alfredo that normally comes with it) and chicken parmesan. The food was delicious! All the pasta is homemade as well as the garlic bread that comes with the meals. The portions are HUGE so be prepared to bring home leftovers. I definitely recommend having dinner here if you are visiting Hot Springs.

Absolutely delicious! Moving from Philadelphia, it has been difficult to find good italian food in Arkansas. This place has been great the many times I have been. The waitress’ are always darling and make it a lovely experience. You will not be disappointed if you stick to the authentic Italian dishes rather than the Americanized Italian fare. The italian pizza with burrata is our favorite!

Things were great until they weren’t. My order was missing chicken. No big deal. The bill came and I was charged for the chicken. I asked our server to take it off. When she brought the bill back it was 2 dollars higher. She said I charged you for the pasta and the salad and not the chicken. I said doesn’t the salad come with it? She said no, not if you dont get the chicken. We went round and round and then brought me back the original check that charged us for the chicken. So rather than just comping the salad, I was charge for chicken I never recieved to begin with. All their fault also. A very awkward and uncomfortable ending to a rather delicious meal. Very poorly handled. We won’t be back. What a terrible way to end an evening.

This restaurant is delightful. The decor is fresh and creates a feeling of comfort. The service is impeccable. The food delicious, especially the garlic rolls. I could make a meal of those. I recommend the fried calamari for an appetizer.

This is a hidden gem of a place located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Little Italy Italian Bistro is so delicious. I had the The Tour of Italy, which comes with Chicken Parmigiano, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Lasagna. It was like an Italian wedding in my mouth. The bread that comes to your table is warm, toasty, an old full of flavor, you’ll feel like you’re in a villa in Tuscany on a warm summer’s day. I recommend this place.

Excellent Italian restaurant. The food is authentic, with amazing flavors, and you can tell the sauces are homemade. Everything I tried was delicious. Plus, the best steak I’ve ever had was here — juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection.
The owners, Tony and Coco, provide very friendly and professional service, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is welcoming, prices are reasonable for the quality, and the service is fast.
I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

Both our entrees were fantastic, but the real show stoppers were dessert. Best cannoli I’ve ever eaten. They make them fresh to order and you can tell! Highly recommend! Ciao!

The food was the best Italian food in hot springs that I have had. It was amazing! You can taste how homemade it is. We enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, Alfredo pizza, and a cannoli at the end! Everything was delicious. I cannot wait to go back to try some more dishes! Oh, I almost forgot, the complimentary bread was to die for!
