Very upset. Call at 6:07 order pizza. The guy says 45 minutes. I said that’s great cause we are coming from Lisbon. Get there at almost seven to him saying another 30 minutes. Seriously drive down, have the dogs in the car and we are suppose to wait. Won’t make that driive again to them. Waste of our time and gas.

I’ve been searching for a restaurant in the surrounding area, stupid Ville, Ohio, and Toronto, Ohio. I found this restaurant, and let me tell you, their hoagie is the best I’ve ever had in Ohio. I had to drive to Pittsburgh, as I’m from South Park Suburbs of Pittsburgh, and that’s the only area that I can have found good Italian hoagies. Now Paul’s Pizza is my go to place from now on. Friendly and great food. I highly recommend this Pizza joint for your enjoyment! Five Stars.

No other pizza tastes quite like DiCarlos. Plenty of cheese, and a nice crunch on the crust. Our family enjoys it at least once a week. Friendly crew. If you call and order it is ready when they give you a time.

Very unique pizza. I’m not from southern Ohio so when I first experienced this pizza with my gf/now wife I was a little confused as to why the cheese and pepperoni weren’t cooked. However, I’ve come to love this pizza and we make it a priority to order 2 sheets anytime we come down to visit her family to bring back with us. The crust is simply unbelievable and the sauce is outstanding. They also seem to be one of the few places where you can still get a decently priced pizza. If I ordered the same pizza in NEO it would cost me 4 times as much. I highly recommend dicarlos.

I live 30 mins from this location and I called and ordered 3 calzones. One calzone with ONLY EXTRA CHEESE AND MUSHROOMS, one with PEPPERONI XTRA CHEESE AND BANANA PEPPERS, and finally one with PEPPERONI EXTRA CHEESE SAUSAGE BLACK OLIVES AND BANANA PEPPERS. My son proceeds to drive 30 mins to get there and he gets all the way home and surprise it’s wrong!! The mushroom one has pepperoni (it was for someone who doesn’t eat meat) the sausage one has no sausage and yes I called! I call the man answers the phone is rude and arrogant, he tells me that it is implied that pepperoni comes in every calzone! I proceed to tell him I told them specifically only mushroom and extra cheese, well he didn’t care! Told me to remember next time I call to tell them no pepperoni! I explain I live 30 mins from them and I did not want to waste another hour to get my food corrected so could you please write my name down for next time and make it right or refund my money and I was told NO EITHER COME GET IT AND BRING THE OLD ONE BACK OR I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU!!! Absolutely absurd, rude, disrespectful, and arrogant people!! Absolutely never again!!!
