I’m writing a review because that’s really messed up. I lost money because they didn’t want to do their jobs.
Why would you want employees like that? Clearly there is a reoccurring problem at this location regarding their employees.
Do not order from here.
Please please please don’t ever order from this establishment they are the worst. Your food will come late and smashed and they won’t have a solution for wasting 2.5 hours of your time cause it takes 3 deliveries to get 2 pizzas rite.
I will specifically go out of my way to tell people never to order from this location from now on. Let’s see how far that “who cares about the customer” attitude makes it when you can’t afford labor cause you have systematically ruined hundreds of peoples meals and told them to essentially get bent over your mistakes.
I’m truly a very patient and understanding person. My frustration comes from a lack of communication/being lied to. Had I been told the truth when I got there, “Somehow, we lost your order/label, and I’m sorry you received a message saying it was ready, but we are starting your order now.” I would’ve given 5 stars across the board because a little bit of honesty and communication goes a long way with me. I was offered a drink or a dessert for the wait, but I’m never after free food/services, so I declined. By that point, I’d already been lied to, so I was no longer being as polite. I wasn’t mad, I was frustrated with the situation, and I just wanted to get my food and go, which I did, around 7:20.
Side note, the staff was very polite with each interaction. I know they were trying to rectify the situation, but none of that would’ve been necessary if I’d just been told the truth from the start. They were obviously very busy, and I know things like lost orders happen from time to time.
