It’s a GREAT food truck!! Different from any around town. Hotties is GREAT for burgers and this place called Timmy B’s is GREAT for tacos and burritos!!! Definitely a place to go if you’re in the mood for Timmy’s take on tacos and burritos. Timmy B’s is only open a few days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). I can’t remember if he is open on Saturday. Hours are: 11am to 6pm. The hours are subject to change.

My bf works in Mansfield, but we live in FL. Came out here to take him to the rig and stopped at this food truck. So glad I did! I have no idea how anyone would want to go to McDonalds down the street when this little treasure is right here. Amazing food, great customer service, and they are LIGHTNING fast! If my bf doesn’t know about this place already I’m bringing him here tonight to try it! ❤️

Just finished the leftovers for breakfast and immediately wanted to review this stop from yesterday. Timmy B’s is a food truck, parked next to a place with indoor tables and bathrooms. The menu was varied; I love rice and beans, so I got a rice and bean bowl, with brisket, topped with sour cream, chipotle crema, and pico de gallo. The young woman in the trailer was friendly, and my food was assembled quickly. Opened it up in the car, and it was HUGE. Smelled great, tasted great, excellent rice, good variety of texture on the beef. No real complaints here.
