When I arrived to pick up the order, the manager seemed very upset and spoke to me in an angry tone. It made the pickup experience uncomfortable. I hope management can improve communication and treat delivery drivers/customers with more professionalism.
I was told order would be ready in 15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I politely asked again about the status. The manager responded in an angry tone and said it was not ready yet. I did not argue and continued to wait. After approximately 40 minutes total, the order was finally handed to me in two bags. The interaction felt unprofessional and the long delay was frustrating.
After the order was delivered, the customer contacted me and reported that several items were missing from the order.
Even though I was about 15 minutes away from the store, I returned to pick up the remaining missing items and delivered them to the customer to resolve the issue.
He seemed to create unnecessary conflict instead of helping resolve the situation.

Become an air for a few years, honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a meal I didn’t enjoy. Most of these style restaurants are usually pretty tasty but have trouble with consistency. Not this spot! Now obviously this isn’t going to be a five-star meal with a show like you get at some sit-down spots. But what you do get is quick convenient and very tasty food at a good price. Staff is always kind and again I can’t say this enough incredibly quick lol

Quickway in Herndon? I ordered the chicken and shrimp combo, well done, with white rice and veggies and it hit every mark The chicken was grilled to perfection with that crispy edge I love, and the shrimp? Juicy and packed with flavor. They didn’t hold back on the portions either.
The white rice was fluffy, and the veggies were sautéed just right still with a little snap. Everything was seasoned like they actually care about taste, which is rare these days.
Fast service, clean spot, and food that actually slaps? Yeah, I’ll be back.

Walked into this place and two employees watched me and never welcomed me in. I looked at the menu and was never asked if I needed any help. The inside of this place was definitely a turn off so I was relieved when the customer service matched the environment. I walked out and couldn’t be happier. There weren’t any other customers inside and I see why.

We were excited to try Quickway. I heard good things from some workmates who got lunch from there. We went to pick up a quick dinner. We had a Bento box with beef and shrimp, plus a hibachi chicken bowl. Portions were large, even for me. My wife and I had 2 dinners from the 2 dishes. Things were tasty, and the sauces added nice flavors. The dumplings and spring rolls were better than expected. The California roll wasn’t special, but they aren’t. We’ll definitely be back. Pictures were plated from the carry out we bought.
Update 6/30/22 – Still good. I had the shrimp hibachi with chicken added. I think that’s more protein than the combo. Had it with veggies and fried rice. I’m happy and full. Both are good.

Love this hibachi. I still drive 30 minutes to come here since I moved away from Herndon. Food is always fresh and tastes good.

The Hibachi restaurant in Herndon offers an overall good dining experience. It was clean and reasonably priced, but there’s room for improvement. The cashier was polite, and the service was good and fast enough, but nothing exceptional. The food tasted good, though not particularly memorable. One thing that could be improved is the seating arrangement—the chairs and tables could definitely be of better quality and be more suitable for kids and people with special needs and disabilities. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re in the area.

Tried this place today and I thought it was fairly good. The prices are decent and the staff is excellent. We got the shrimp tempura, chicken dumplings, and the Quickway Roll. Food was pretty good to my surprise. The only two things that can improve are 1) the menu on the wall is not very descriptive and that forces the customer to ask a lot of questions. 2) The Sriracha and soy sauce on the tables could be maintained much better. The lids and bottles are pretty grimy and not what I like to see in a sushi restaurant. Also, putting soy sauce in a Sriracha sauce bottle is kinda cheap and weird. It makes it difficult pouring soy sauce into those tiny plastic sauce cups. We will definitely eat there again and I would recommend to friends.
