Probably the first Thai food I’ve ever had, and I remember thinking it’s so delicious. I’ve been to Pad Thai many times, and expect to go back again. One time, there was a big group of us and they were willing to rearrange the tables to accommodate us. They’re very flexible and friendly.

We walked in at maybe 6:30 PM on a Saturday night and almost left because the restaurant was completely empty- never a good sign on a weekend night during peak dinner hours. The menu isn’t extensive- some of my favorites like Khao Soi and pad kra pow weren’t there. We ordered Mai Thai, Pad Thai, and Hot Basil with pork and the food came out incredibly fast. We were surprised at how good the food was. The portions were not generous – maybe four small pieces of chicken and three small strips of tofu in the Pad Thai- but the quality was there. They have solid Thai staples and clearly have a pretty busy takeout business. If I lived in New Haven I’d likely get takeout from here every once in awhile.

Ordered pickup/takeout for lunch last week for the first time. The man at the register was friendly when I arrived for pickup and the dining area looked nice and comfortable. People dining appeared to be enjoying their experience. My food was so good and the portion was larger than expected. I was able to make about 3 meals out of the items I ordered, which included the chicken pad Thai, chicken satay, and coconut shrimp. Very delicious and the food was hot when I picked it up & brought it back to work. Will order from here again!

The food was amazing, words don’t describe the aromas and flavors. Brought two friends that never had Thai food, the were blown away. 100% recommended.

Ordered the vegetarian pad thai, but couldn’t eat it. Firstly, it was a heaping plate of noodles with a handful of tofu and a few vegetables (it would have been great to have more than just a pile of noodles). The worst offense though, was that the dish smelled like wet dog. I couldn’t stomach it. Service wasn’t great either. I probably won’t be back.

Very rude staff with no respect for their customers. Visited this place today (I live nearby and have been visiting it often) but this visit made me feel so bad and disrespected. I paid my bill but did not tip them upon which one of the waiters came up to me and asked me to tip. I provided a tip upon which he left my table with this remark “you don’t know?” extremely rudely and angrily. The place was crowded hence didn’t want to make a fuss about it. A few minutes later, he returned and started collecting the dishes from the table also very angrily. Firstly, you’re not entitled to a tip. It depends on the customer if they want to tip you. Secondly, you surely don’t have the right to disrespect your customers, taunt and fight them for not providing you with tip. Even if you so want a tip, you can very respectfully ask for it. I’ve been a regular customer but I’m very glad for your behavior today. I’ll make sure I never visit this place again. Please learn to respect your customers and then expect them to tip you.
