My wife and I are always looking for the best banh mi sandwich while we are traveling. We stopped in here and tried the banh mi sandwich and were quite impressed. Although a little more expensive than we typically pay, it was a good size and very fresh. We ordered grilled pork but they mistakenly gave us beef. Regardless it was tasty and we would definitely eat here again when we are back in the area. We also tried the chicken egg rolls and my wife said it was the best that she’s ever had.

A literal hidden gem! We love eating here, hits the spot every time! The restaurant is always clean, food is always good, and staff is always friendly. We never leave without getting cookies, it’s the perfect buttery cookie! The pho is tasty and delicious! The spring rolls are huge! A must try! I had the grilled pork bánh mì, and my daughter had the shrimp bánh mì. I also had the matcha milk tea, which was delicious. We can’t wait to go back again and try the phở and some cookies!

The restaurant is extremely cleanly and the atmosphere is extremely calm and quiet, the pastries are Top Tier AMAZING and I never leave without buying one. Was craving some banh mi and pho and saw this was local to me in Murfreesboro with great reviews. They told no lies. This place is so good. We got an espresso brown sugar milk tea with boba along with a bbq pork banh mi and fried tofu pho. Super delicious across the board.
The staff was very friendly and the whole place looked very well put together and clean (they had it themed for fall when we went in late October). This was my first time there but will not be my last by a long shot.
My only regret is that I didn’t start going here sooner because there’s so many menu items and bakery treats I want to try out.

Bánh Appetit has officially become one of my favorite spots in town. Their pho is incredible — rich, flavorful broth with fresh ingredients that taste like comfort in a bowl. I also tried their cà phê sữa đá, and wow… perfectly strong, sweet, and smooth. And don’t even get me started on the almond croissant — light, flaky, and absolutely addictive.
Everything I ordered was top-notch, and the service was just as great. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop by Bánh Appetit!

This was my financé and I ‘s first visit , we came for lunch because of the reviews and it did not disappoint, the first thing I tried was a taro milk bubble tea and it was OUTSTANDING. We visited from Pennsylvania and it was one of the first times I had tapioca balls that were PERFECT texture and the milk tea was freshly made with real tea and not powder. Back home my partner and I usually share a pho because it’s so big and while we have our go to spot back home. This was a very satisfying pho experience that the flavor was so exceptional , I ended up ordering an additional pho to have out own. the only thing I was lacking in was that I wished they were a little more generous of the brisket for the price $16, but it was definitely not lacking in flavor and I drank every last drop of broth.
