Phoebe was absolutely terrible, I picked my pizza and sandwiches up, and it was terribly prepared no cheese on atleast 1/3 of each pizza, also my sandwich had 6 little pieces of chicken and it looked as it was put it the box and shook around. Anyhow I called to see what was going on there and the first lady I talked with was very pleasant and told me she was very sorry and this seems to be a continuous complaint by many of customers, then proceeded to send me to her supervisor Phoebe anyhow she picked the phone up and slammed to to hang up. So I figured it must have been an accident so I call call back phoebe gets on and says I was the 1 who prepared it and I know there was cheese on it, and proceeded to escalate the situation this is unacceptable in basically any profession especially customer service.

I had a very frustrating experience with Domino’s. The delivery driver showed up without my entire order because it was apparently left at the store. Not part of it — all of it. I waited for nothing.
On top of that, I was later told they didn’t have bacon for my order, but claimed they tried to call me about it. I never received a call — no missed call, no voicemail, nothing. Being told they contacted me when they didn’t just adds to the frustration.
Mistakes happen, but showing up empty-handed and saying you called when you didn’t is unacceptable. A simple, honest conversation could have prevented all of this. Instead, it turned into a waste of time and a very disappointing experience.
And honestly? If you’re going to mess up that badly, at least own it.

We have 2 kids and I work late. Sometimes my wife just orders a pizza for dinner so she doesn’t have to cook for the kids. This domino’s is terrible at making pizza. Everytime we have ordered pizza there is very little cheese on it. Even on a few orders I asked for extra cheese and you have to pay extra for that and there still was hardly any cheese on the pies. They need to seriously consider putting more cheese on the pizza. It is the primary ingredient on pizza. What’s even worse is when you see the commercials the pizzas are full of cheese but I guess there is a shortage of cheese in fernley nv.

Was somehow more bland than I remember. I used to get Dominos about once a week. That was in Elko, and for the convenience, and cost. But I swear it had more flavor there. Overall good enough, and I will return.

Forget everybody here. For a pizza franchise they have the best tasting pizza in Fernley. Round table and pizza hut have not been good since 10 years ago.

Ok pizza for a place like this. Slightly better than 7-11 pizza. Staff always Slightly disgruntled, you really can’t do anything to make them change that. It’s their choice. Just watching people in Fernley is so… boring.

Not sure who’s in charge of time management at this place but why make a pizza when you’re 2 hours behind on deliveries? According to the pizza tracker my order has been out of the oven for 27 min and won’t be delivered until 720. How about you don’t cook the food that won’t be delivered for over an hour? Are your Friday night rushes still a surprise?
