Gradually keeps getting worse. The inside of the building is always dirty, employees on their phones instead of tending to the business. Mix ups on orders and items missing constantly when repeated multiple times. Hoping the management can whip the employees back into shape. Dairy Queen used to be the go-to but anymore, it’s rather disappointing.

Excellent staff, very clean restaurant, food quality even for fast food is very good, and they take pride with their cleanliness and service, rare these days!! Food was excellent, we really enjoyed our choice of various venues we could have gone with. The way time was reasonable and the service was good. The drive thru could use improvement but with a smaller town like Mobridge it works within its means.

These have to be the slowest people! We waited a strong 10 minutes for our food in drive through. When we got the food, the fries were cold. The rest of the meal was okay. All the order was correct.

Don’t get me wrong, the food was great, but the wait was too long. We sat an HOUR waiting for our food, so we asked where our order was and they said they had a “mix up”. The workers were super nice about it and gave us two free blizzard coupon things but when our order came they still got it wrong. Seriously I think DQ is going down hill, get yourselves together.

The drive thru window employee seemed a bit aloof and unfriendly, which is unusual for this location. I had not seen him before, so he may be new. But the food was piping hot and as good as expected! When my food was brought out to my vehicle, a different red haired employee was very friendly, unlike the furry employee, and he had a good sense of humor.

They had a excellent system for getting customers through. Had about 10 cars ahead of us and probably took 10 minutes to get my order in, paid for and food delivered to vehicle. DQ is always good fare. Hats off to management and staff, JOB WELL DONE

The staff were very nice and helpful. However burger presentation was pretty sloppy and the tiniest drop of A1 sauce on the A1 burger. Seems kinda important to make sure to put all the flavor on these promotional items
