I have made 3 trips to Dairy Queen in Cass Lake, MN only to find that they are closed due to lack of food. I was assured that the food would be there the next day and naturally it was not there. I made the trip there one more time with the same results. I have since made it a point to call before I drive there. So far, I have called 4 times only to be told that they don’t have a fish sandwich. Maybe next month, she said. This is ridiculous and most definitely is not good for Dairy Queens reputation. All I want is to get a DQ fish sandwich because when it’s made right and delivered hot, it is the best one in the fast food industry!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have never in my life been in a more nasty, rundown, dirty establishment. NOTHING and I mean nothing was clean. Trashes are overflowing, floors are sticky, tables have food on them and have not been wiped down, bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned with blood on different surfaces. Employees are young kids and obnoxious and should not be handling food for the general public. I am reporting this establishment to the local health department. It needs to be shut down immediately.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and what I got was pink slime nasty chicken nuggets, otta be a shamed of yourselves for even putting that in there. I ordered CHICKEN STRIPS not cheap rubbery chicken nuggets. If you run out of regular supply then stop selling it until you get more product. Unbelievable.

The drink smelled like cleaner, with scum floating on top, there was no ice either, the guy taking the order had hands that were covered in what looked like axle grease, the burger ha the wrong sauce on it, the fries weren’t terrible.

Half the menu was unavailable. Not to mention they raised the prices. By including an extra small icream or Blizzard stuff like that. Won’t tell you dherez no chili for the chili dogs till ordered. Then you go to sit down and eat and don’t want a plan hot dog. So order something else. At least they gave it to someone who was willing to eat it instead of throwing it out. Place cost too much. Can go two minutes down the road and get a real ice cream cone with several choices of flavor for a good price.

This is not the first time I have been disappointed with their food. But this afternoon I’ve decided to post a review. This salad less than half filled this container. I measured the lettuce. It is one handful. There was so little salad, that even with dressing packets, it still didn’t touch the lid!

Cass Lake, MN decent wait times. Last time I went there I moved the trash box, grimy. Moved the sign next to it, grimy underneath, can tell when they clean, they don’t move anything. Health inspectors needed. Lotsa flies indoors. Didn’t see any fly zappers, ultraviolet attractors. Flytraps needed. Kinda makes me wonder of their sanitation food assembly places. Need refurbishing. Atmosphere redo.

We were in the drive thru and it took us at least 10 minutes because we would say our order and then she wouldn’t say anything that happened 3 times and then finally someone said “They’re in training” so then we pulled up to the window, they take our card and then they say that there chocolate dipping thing isn’t working and we said we didn’t get anything dipped and then they said messed up our order. AND THEN they only filled up one of our blizzards halfway. So, overall not the best place to go.
