I’m sorry but you have got to be a little quicker in the mornings for simple coffee orders. It took 20 plus min and there were only 2 cars ahead of me with only coffee orders. I would love to keep supporting you but I just can’t be late for work.

The sausage and cheddar biscuit is very good! I also enjoyed the vanilla latte. I went in the morning when they were busy with the drive thru but I still didn’t have to wait long. Thank you!

I ordered a club sandwich. I took a bite, it was slimy and it tasted like dirt. I opened up the sandwich and the lettuce was rotten!!! I’m 3 months pregnant and this is dangerous for me. Quality control is unacceptable. I don’t recommend the food there. For spending $10 on a sandwich, I should have nothing be rotten on it.

This is the 3rd time now I’ve given them a chance and will now be my last… why am I getting so many coffee grounds at them bottom of my drink with an Espresso drink!? lol this should not be a thing if it’s truly an Espresso drink. No one wants to chew their coffee. Almost $8 for this… Robbery.

Drive thru is very slow every time I go. Otherwise the food has been great. The Red Bull infusions and shakes are good. The building is clean.

I ordered the bacon avocado toast, the avocado was so ripe that it was crunchy. This is not how avacado toast should be made. It tasted horrible, it almost had the texture of biting into apple pieces with no flavor. Actually, it tasted like I was biting into erasers. I had to take the avocado off the toast because it was inedible.
I’ve actually never had an avocado that tasted like this and don’t even know how they got the skin off the avocado. If you don’t have any ripe avocados, then just don’t serve that on the menu.
It’s also supposed to be topped with an over medium/ easy egg, but my egg was just fried and hard. The lady who worked there was really nice, but I will absolutely never go back here again. It was complete waste of money.
I wanted to go back and just return it and get a refund, but I didn’t want the lady that work there to feel bad, she is obviously not given proper ingredients or instruction on how to make the items on the menu.

Tried them for the first time and I was very disappointed. Not busy, nice and clean. I have weekly appointments in the building now, so I was hoping for a good experience and would be a routine. My daughter got her smoothie quickly and was able to get to her appointment. I waited 12 minutes (as a mystery shopper I time everything subconsciously) for a Mocha. I was told twice in that time that “Your drink will be up shortly,” and I am very patient and understanding, so that is fine. My drink was done, so I thanked the employee and left.
I was fine with everything up to that point, and I will even accept responsibility for NOT looking or tasting my Mocha. Pulling down the street, I take my first sip and the nastiest flavor on earth (my opinion), RASPBERRY hits my tongue. It was so shocking, I’m lucky I didn’t get in an accident. It made me nauseous twice. First from the taste and again when I realized I just paid $7 for that experience.
If you are going to take your time getting things out, you should go ahead and take a little more to get them right.

Could I give 0 stars? I ordered 2 “build your own” egg sandwiches with bacon and cheddar. They came as an English muffin with bacon – no eggs, no cheese. I spent $15 on that? Horrendous. Avoid at all costs. They rip you off.

Just a cup of already brewed coffee…simple. Had to ask staff for sweetner & napkins as their station was completely decimated!!! Then just as I’m about to be satisfied w/ 1st sip…it’s cool!! NOT even hot! Ugh. Last time I bother to patronize this location.

Great service, I stopped by at closing time. After leaving, I realized I needed to order an additional drink. I came back a few minutes later and she still made the drink for me. Really appreciated this service! The drinks tasted great as well!
