I just want to extend a sincere THANK YOU to all of the staff who remade my chicken tenders for my dinner tonight! My first order of them slid off the pizza box right onto the ground in the parking lot(no saving those). I called the store and asked if by any chance they could remake them and they were more than accommodating! I am SO mad at myself because I ended up spending $30 on just chicken tenders but it wasn’t their fault and they were super helpful. I seriously love eating here! Such a friendly atmosphere every single time. It is very rare that you are able to find customer service like that these days! They treat you like family!! Thank you all so much!! If you haven’t tried Pat’s pizza you really should!! This is an awesome place to get pizza!! Great pricing, friendly staff and really good food!! The chicken tenders are the absolute BEST in my opinion. My family and I also love their sheet pizza!! Thanks again, Pat’s!

On November 2,2025 myself & wife ordered a large x cheese pizza. Cheese sticks and fried dough bites. When we picked up our pizza it was loaded with many options I am unable to eat due to being a chemotherapy patient. We didn’t have much time to wait and I didn’t like the option of paying for another pizza due to there mistake. I ended up buying a couple slices for another $6 that were dry and I threw them away. Employees didn’t pay much attention while ordering and the guy didn’t know what he was doing. That night I ate some fried dough. Not very happy with bad customer service. Beware ! ****** AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE OWNER AND THE MANAGER VIOLET I AM VERY HAPP. AN ISSUE I HAD THAT WAS JUST A HUMAN ERROR THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WOULD EVER EXPECTED TO MAKE SURE MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. PAT IS AN AWESOME GUY AND IS CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 100%. I TOOK PAT UP ON HIS OFFER TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITH AN ORDER THAT GOT MIXED UP. I ordered a pizza on 10/04/2025 for dinner. I called in 2 sheet pizza and 2 dozen wings. It took the driver 1.5 hours to deliver to my home. I called the shop and all I heard was loud swear music coming through the phone. I am an elder and have a hard time hearing. Just to be told that the driver was heading to me now. Why tell your customers a certain time and have to wait for cold food to arrive 2 hours later. Never ordering from Pats again. Time to give marks a chance again since pats disappointed me once again.
Also going through all the reviews, the owner says talk to the managers on duty. Why are you the owner but pushing all complaints and issues to the MODs and not addressing them yourself. Great OWNER. NOT

Wonderful people. Family owned. I was given a free slice of pizza and it was a mega slice, God bless them. I didn’t know what to order so I asked the kind gentleman for some picks, let me tell you it was a good pick. Wings and their classic pepperoni pizza . Definitely recommend this place. I pray their business thrives.

Just had the best calzone ever! The dough is nice and light, not tough and chewy like many others. The ricotta and mozzarella were just right, and the meat was tasty and well proportioned. A wonderful surprise! (Just edited to correct a typo.)

Doesn’t matter how good the food is if you can’t get it for the game on Sunday! Probably the biggest pizza day of the week for a lot of people.
Update: The last time we ordered a pizza and fries the pizza was a little dark. This time the cheese is basically black and it is actually crunchy. I have never experienced crunchy cheese on a pizza before. I had the pleasure of eating the worst slices so the rest of my guests could have the less burnt pieces. So embarrassing when you have company and you spend money and time putting together a plan to be this disappointed. This after I had to pick it up if I wanted it sooner than an hr and a half.
Only reason for 2 stars is the fries and fried dough were good. But it’s a pizzeria.. goes without saying more. As far as calling the shop and getting a replacement, it should be right the first time for what you pay for a pizza these days… just an Honest review.
