I saw that Waffle House now has a senior menu that really works well for me and it was a cheeseburger, bowl of chili and a drink and of course I added an additional cheeseburger but hey I was hungry. With that said it was an outstanding meal and the little lady server could not have been any friendlier or nicer. Sadly I cannot share her name with you because I don’t remember it but she was very very friendly and I shared some stories with her which I believe she enjoyed since it involved music. Highly recommend and the funny thing is as I was leaving I believe 6 to 7 people were coming in the door as I was leaving at approximately 10:00 p.m.

i went there on 24 Aug 2023 @ 2322 (1122p) to get the two egg breakfast. I DID NOT ASK FOR CHEESE IN MY EGGS because I CANNOT EAT CHEESE! why would you take it upon yourself to put cheese in my eggs ANYWAY! and when i tried to call them about the issue the recording came on saying that they can’t accept call orders. now if i get sick because I DID NOT ASK FOR CHEESE, and cheese touched my hashbrowns who do you think i’m coming after?

I went during lunch time about two days ago. When I got my waffles they were both skinny, flattened, BURNT waffles and one was literally cold not room temperature but COLD. Then when I told them I wanted a refund I heard the waitress say “if she doesn’t want a burnt waffle, a waffle just came up”. Please train your staff on how to make waffles.

What’s going on with the burnt hashbrowns? For past few weeks, every morning I come and get breakfast the hashbrowns so hard you can’t eat and I work all way on the other side of town I not coming back.

Food was OK, and service was rather mediocre.
Waffle was a little raw. Not too bad but neither great. But the chocolate drops on the waffle really tasted like a chocolate.
Chicken in a cheese hash browns bowl tasted good and seems to be fresh, cheese was all right, but the hash browns, except from a thin crispy layer had a texture of shortly cutter spaghetti, which did not feel right.
From the service point of view, — we simply did not feel to be welcome. E.g., (but not limited to) when we were leaving my wife said, to the employees, — thank you, have a good day. Nobody has answered and they were looking at her like she said something inappropriate. In addition to luck of the general friendliness, the waitress also forgot some details of the order.
So, overall, 4 minus for food, and 3 for service, i.e., three plus in average.
