Was passing through stopped in to grab a hot and fresh pie for the drive. It was neither hot or fresh. Pretty disappointing as soon I jumped back on the interstate and opened the box I realized this pie was in the warming over for some time.

Always a fair priced/pretty good choice (food wise) but the service is trash. Every time we go in, we have a Shelli Stanford give us our food (we pay ahead of time via app) This lady is so danm rude. She barely says anything-No “hi” “hello” “Welcome to Little Caesars” anything, then will just mope around (clearly inconvenienced by customers) then will often mess up the order regardless. This evening she was so rude, then proceeded to drop our food on the bottom of the warmer (upside down) and she still shorted us on a food item.

Pizza was undercooked. They forgot one of the toppings we asked for. We asked for extra marinara sauce, and we were given none. We didn’t realize the sauce was missing until we got to our destination. Store cleanliness left something to be desired. The air vents needed to be cleaned. Customer service was just OK.

Did not even make it all the way inside before being told “you need to turn around and go pro right” cannot believe the disrespect: we are not from Miles City and did not know the parking arrangement as there is also snow and ice in the parking lot.

Went in to get food and got a mean look from the lady at the counter. When I went to pay she said she fidnt have any money in the register to break my 100 dollar bill. As a business owner myself i think its bery unprofessional to not have change in your till at all times. The woman at the counter then acted like it was my fault for the inconvenience. When i got home to eat my food it was barley cooked and i had to put it in the oven and re-cook it myself.

Incredibly rude young women, who claimed to be the owner’s daughter, saw fit to call me an “asshole” because I took a peak at my own order. Apparently spending my money here isn’t enough reason to allow me to check I am getting what I am paying for because “they have a new crew”. She told me I am barred from returning. This level of rudeness and entitlement is absurd.

Hands down five stars. I called to order my pizza fresh, a bestest pepperoni, and an Aloha pizza. Both pizzas were perfect to me.
The best I’ve had in a long time. And do not forget to grab some ZAP packs.
