This place was horribly dirty, service was slow and looked nothing like the website would lead you to believe. Do not eat here! You would have been better buying a Totinos pizza from Walmart, and it was extremely greasy. Not sure why but the “pepperonis” tasted like burnt, bad hot dogs. The dough was also not fully cooked. Did not finish the food. Gave it two homeless guys outside the restaurant. This location gives Simple Simon’s pizza franchise a bad name!

Simple Simons is pretty more delicious than Popular Pizza chains so do not sleep on them:
-Big thing is ratio of toppings/sauce/cheese. Its a great balance for Pizza diners.
-Crust & dough is delightful as well. Not super chewy nor like cracker like popular pizza chains.
-Try em out while you enjoy your stay in Palacios.

Got answer that the phone needed my access code.
I am running into these problems. When it gets 45 to 30 minutes before actual close time the places are closing or closed.
Wish some of these young people would take into consideration. Others not just thier personal life.
I come down here quite a bit. Was going to stop in. But you just pissed me off by not answering the phone.

Old nasty place. Pizza dough was not cooked, and pepperoni tasted like old wennies. It’s a horrible place that gives the franchise a bad name!! Wasted money and time!

Delicious!! Oh wow. We got the Calzone & Large Pizza Combo. That’s the best Calzone I’ve tasted and it had a lot to do with the bread! The bread reminded me of pretzel bread. My oldest son and I are big BREAD fans and we 100% approve of this bread/crust. Our whole family enjoyed our meal. We will absolutely have this meal again when we vacation in Palacios again.

Friendly and quick, efficient service. Called ahead, pizza was hot and ready when I got there. Even made it home with it hot. Inexpensive too. The place to go for pizza. We didn’t try the other stuff, but menu looks good…

Called in an order about an hour before closing. Young man that answered the phone was professional and polite. The pizza could have been in the oven a few more minutes, but aside from that the pizza were incredible.
