I stopped by to order a pizza about 8 pm. It was ready within about 15 minutes. My friend and I shared it and absolutely LOVED it! It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten! I will definitely be back for more! Thank you so much!

I am beyond disappointed with the way the manager behaved at this Domino’s on Christmas Eve in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The manager was extremely rude and spoke so harshly that my daughter was left crying. She is a child. There is no excuse—holiday stress or not—for a grown adult in a management position to treat a child this way.
This completely ruined what should have been a happy family moment on Christmas Eve. Customer service is clearly lacking, and the manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is how families are treated, especially children, then something needs to seriously change.
I hope corporate takes this seriously and addresses it immediately so no other child or family has to experience this sooo sad

I have ordered carry out frequently and a few deliveries from this location. Every time my order is fresh hot and correct. The sales on the app and promotions are great. Every customer facing employee I have interacted with has been happy and polite and I’ve literally left the place in a better mood than I walked in. It’s not brain surgery but it’s customer service and caring about the job these employees do. And they care. That is why they are my first choice for a night I do not feel like cooking or want pizza, many times with the special ms you can’t buy a frozen pizza for! Also if you order a soda it’s COLD. So all of you rockstars at Washburn thank you for showing up, and to the management thank you and treat these people good. You’ll never know what a smile and a good means top people who have had an absolute terrible day but I want you to know that it helps.

We had the most delightful experience of ordering Dominos on this the 16 of September in the year of Our Lord 2025 and MAN did they deliver! Eric brought us our pizzas expeditiously in an hour of desperate need and not only did they sustain us but this customer attests that they also saved our hot, young lives. They were cheesier than one could ever imagine with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. How do you do it Domino’s? How do you craft such flawless delicacies, where the taste of love almost overpowers the pizzas themselves? Will never order from this location every again! Ordered a 14″ hand tossed with extra toppings. The first pizza came without extra toppings and most of it was mostly cust. Called complained and they sent a new pizza out this time it’s even worse. There is lots of pizza places in oshkosh and those other places will have my business now in the future. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered two pizzas heavy sauce. Called to confirm because the first time I requested a pizza with extra sauce there was barely anything on it, and the person I talked to was completely rude. Went to pick up the pizza, got the same employee that I talked to on the phone, and I honestly don’t know if he was having a bad day or what , but he was rude again. Left and checked my pizza. One pizza pretty much had no sauce, and the other I found multiple white hairs on! So disgusting! I’m definitely switching to Marco’s from now on!!!

Placed an order for delivery. The time frame said 21-36 minutes for delivery. I’m now at 65 minutes, and it’s been in ‘quality check’ for over 50 minutes. I have zero faith our pizza will come, and if it does that it’ll be good.

Absolutely awful experience! If i could leave 0 stars, I would. It took an hour for our pizzas to arrive. Once they arrived, we saw that all 5 of our pizzas were burnt and none of them were cut! Plus they were all cold. We called and were told our account would be have a credit in the amount we paid for the pizza. We never received the credit. Now im being told that all they can offer is $25. That’s about half of what I paid for pizza we couldn’t even eat. I will never again order from the dominos in oshkosh wisconsin.

Had two very large dough bubbles, almost burnt, which took up almost two slices. Not to mention we ordered the chicken buffalo pizza and they forgot to put on the buffalo sauce! Would you eat this?
