Very disappointed with the service. The ingredients in the shrimp tempura rolls weren’t clearly explained, and they didn’t separate them from the Black Dragon rolls as requested. When I called, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and offered no solution. Poor customer service — wouldn’t recommend.

Kiku has become one of my favorite spots in Brooklyn. I come here often and always enjoy their consistently delicious food.
Some of my go-to dishes are the shrimp tempura – perfectly crispy with a light batter and served with a sauce that balances sweet and savory beautifully. The udon stir-fried with vegetables is also a comfort dish for me, flavorful and not too heavy.
My absolute favorite, though, is the unagidon (grilled eel over rice), which is always fresh and beautifully presented – just like in the photo I’ve shared. The eel has that smoky, sweet glaze that pairs so well with the fluffy rice.
To finish, I always try to get their mochi ice cream, especially the cappuccino flavor. Unfortunately, it sells out fast because it’s so popular – but whenever I’m lucky enough to get it, it’s the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
Overall, Kiku combines excellent food, great presentation, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re in Park Slope!

I love Kiku Sushi Restaurant the pumpkin soup and pumpkin tempura and spicy and salmon sushi are fresh and delicious. BEWARE!!! UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY CARD. I had a very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor, and shortly after eating I ended up with a stomachache. On top of that, customer service was unacceptable. A woman from the restaurant called me afterward, was rude and disrespectful, and demanded that I leave a tip. I told her many times I will leave a tip on the delivery app myself and then hung up. I noticed that an unauthorized tip charge had been added to my card without my permission.
This experience was unprofessional and concerning that they can charge any additional delivery orders themselves instead of the delivery app. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve both their food quality and how they handle customer interactions and billing.

I order from this place almost all the time with my coworkers. Never have we had a bad experience till today. We ordered their buy-one-get-one deal on Uber Eats and a couple of other items. When I received the order, I was missing almost half the order. I reported to Uber Eats and to the restaurant itself. They want to come and get nasty with me on the phone and call me a liar. We spent a decent amount of money on this food, and now I have to waste more somewhere else because I wasn’t given the proper meal.I won’t be ordering from here ever again

I ordered today with my friends; there were four of us in total, and they only sent three servings of sushi. Besides that, they called my friend a liar, cause she was complaining about the fact that they didn’t send her serving of sushi. Very bad customer service, and the food isn’t that good. There are better places in Brooklyn!
