Finding the words to describe an experience at Haiku should be easy; however, I find myself lacking the vocabulary to truly capture how sensational dining here is.

My husband and I have been members since the beginning. We have dined in over 35 countries and hundreds upon hundreds of venues, and I can say with wholehearted honesty that Haiku is a culinary experience one could never grow tired of. In fact, it is the only dining experience we have had that somehow continues to get better every single time.

Chef Albert and Chef Oliver are a godly pair in the kitchen. My husband and I have even requested that they create their own renditions of beloved dishes we discovered during our travels. And when I say they can make anything better than anyone else in the world, I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart.

We have dined at Haiku both with large groups and as just the two of us. Each time, the experience feels just as special as the very first visit.

The attention to detail in the ingredients, and the love poured into constructing each dish, is pure artistry..not only visually, but for the olfactory and sensory experience as well.

I would be doing the experience a disservice if I didn’t mention the incredible depth of knowledge that accompanies every meal. There is always a story behind the dish or the sourcing of the ingredients. You can see, taste, hear, and feel the passion that has gone into making Haiku what it is.

5 stars is not enough.. I would give 10.

This is a luxury dining experience… multiple course traditional Japanese style. They only do 1 dinner/table a day. Its a true luxury experience from when you first enter and make your journey through all the courses and superb drink pairings. The owner is also your guide/historian/entertainer for the evening as well. Each ingredient has a story and you add all those up to create each plate. Well thought out combinations of food and drink, excellent presentation and execution by the talented chefs. Highly recommend if you can get a spot at the dinner table here do so! I believe its private, and member only, however you may be able to reach out to them and see details/costs to get to enjoy a luxury dinner experience while in Miami.

Haiku in Miami is a culinary sanctuary, where intimate ambiance meets culinary artistry. From the serene setting to impeccable service, every detail is finely curated. The food presentation is akin to a gallery exhibit, each dish a masterpiece. But it’s the story behind the flavors that truly captivates; a fusion of Japanese tradition and modern innovation. With every bite, diners embark on a journey of taste and discovery. Haiku isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an unforgettable experience, leaving patrons longing to return for more enchanting moments of culinary bliss.

“Exceptional Dining Experience – 5 Stars!”

From the moment we walked through the doors, this members-only restaurant delivered an unparalleled experience. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable evening.

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing impeccable service that made us feel truly valued. Each dish was a masterpiece—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The chef’s creativity and attention to detail were evident in every bite.

The exclusivity of the venue added an air of sophistication, and the overall atmosphere was intimate and refined. It’s rare to find a place that seamlessly combines top-tier dining with such a personal touch.

Highly recommend to anyone fortunate enough to secure membership. Worth every star and more!

I was invited twice and must say it was by far the worst culinary experience. Food was just plain and of on the lower scale of quality watching the cooks touching everything and the food not once did they wash hands, the owner breathing and talking on top of the prep table. But just the quality and the combination of flavours ….chef pack your knives ….

****It’s not fake and thank you for your offer. Do you still stand at the table with your Japanese bowl ? I did like the colour of the blue suit you had on. Hope you can take my review and learn.
***** thank you, hope you will as well. But I stand by my review
