Libby’s Ice Cream is a nice establishment with lots of offerings. Their tornadoes (similar to a Blizzard concept) was packed with more toppings than I’ve ever had elsewhere. The ice cream is quite creamy. It’s not as soft as soft-serve, but it is much softer than most traditional ice cream. I’ll happily return.

What’s not to like about Greenfield’s premium ice cream shop? They have gourmet flavors like lavender/honey, lemon/blueberry, and many others. The staff are super polite and willing to serve up samples so you can narrow your choice down to the perfect flavor for your mood. It’s also a perfect dessert after dinner at the Depot restaurant next door. Grab the kids and head down to Libby’s to put a smile on everyone’s face.

Nice ice cream shop right next to the Pennsy Trail and Depot Street Park. Staff was very nice and helpful. You can sample the flavors before you make your choice. They do have a couple tables inside for those days you want to enjoy ice cream out of the weather. You can order inside or walk up to their window. Its a pretty sweet place for a sweet treat.

This is a perfect location for an ice cream shop. It is very well run. The line moves fast and your order comes out fast too. I honestly don’t know what bad ice cream tastes like so I’m not sure how anyone could complain. The doggies liked their pup cups too! (Update May 2023: they just reopened across the way in a new building. They only have one window now and they need to work out the bumps in their process to make it run more smoothly. Maybe customers can order inside and their orders can be passed out the window. Taking and receiving orders from the one window is definitely a bottleneck.)

I am fiercely loyal to my hometown ice cream, but I was staying in Greenfield for a convention in Indianapolis. Found this place nearby and checked it out. The girls working there were really joyful and seemed like they were genuinely happy to work there. I can affirm their statement that the Hoosier Sugar Cream Pie is really good. Establishments like this is what the Midwest is all about. Please continue to be a beacon of sunshine to your Greenfield community!

This little place is fantastic. The young ladies working there were super polite. My 7yr old twins and I each got a scoop of ice cream and all three flavors were phenomenal. Top quality ice cream. I recommend this place to everyone in Greenfield, Indianapolis, Shelbyville, everywhere. If you go to Greenfield, IN check this place out. Well worth it and will most definitely be back.
