Crab Avenue may have an identity crisis, but also has a dang good seafood boil! I came here for my birthday and ordered the snowcrab & shrimp. They gave us the option of tray or traditional bag & table spread. I opted for the tray because I like the sauce for dipping. They provide all the necessary tools (cracker, shell scissors, bib, gloves, etc.). Waiter was friendly.
The restaurant itself is a unique amalgamation. It’s a cajun seafood Italian fusion restricted to the base floor of a two story structure. The aesthetics are typical maritime nets, fish, mermaid, and the like, but the bar had party lights and blasted club music. While strange, it didn’t distract from the flavorful food one bit. Look forward to returning soon!

I was absolutely pleased with my meal. I am not a fan of coleslaw and I haven’t had decent catfish for over 13 years (and the last decent catfish was in Texas). Crab Avenue blew it out of the water! (No pun intended) I absolutely loved their coleslaw and I was in heaven with their catfish. I appreciated the daily specials. The 20% off Snow Crab Legs on Wednesdays was a real treat! Alex was an amazing host and server that made the experience that much better.

Hands down the best seafood boil in all of Los Angeles. This is the only place I ever go to. Spicy Cajun snow crab and shrimp bundle is my go-to.
Wonderful owner as well, this man has to be the nicest and most hospitable person I’ve met here. Always greets you and does his best to make sure you’re alright and don’t need anything.
Would recommend the Clam Chowder and Crab Cakes as well.

Grilled trout, zucchini, and garden salad were delicious, but the service is more fast food style without any follow up. Took me 15 minutes just to get salt and pepper. The restaurant is not clean. Upholstery needs repair. Windows are dirty. Even the entrance looks rough. I almost didn’t go in. I should have left when I saw the front door. Not recommended.

Hidden gem in Glendale.First time going here and could not be happier. My usual place for this type of food is Kickin Kajun, but definitely from now on this will be my spot, no more waiting over an hour for a table. This place has a larger menu with a ton more items to order. The food was very delicious, I have absolutely no complaints.

Alex was so inviting and humorous. We loved the rib eye dish. The asparagus was fantastic. Chicken Parm is a hearty dish as well. A nice hidden gem in Glendale CA away from the hustle and bustle.

I have been to 4 “crab serving restaurants” in the area and this is the ONLY RESTAURANT where the crab and easy peel, and the muscle and the corn is soooo good that the taste will stay forever in your “taste memory”! Now this is the ONLY place we go to eat sea food. The chef will also gladly customize flavors…we always ask no garlic etc etc… by the way, when you visit ask for Alex as your waiter, and you won’t regret! He is so prompt and so accommodating.. just no words…
Thank you everyone for everything.
