Yes just want to say I felt it was me myself and I on the employees part when I entered the subway store in Albertville Alabama. My daughter wanted a flatbread subway sandwich. My daughter was told this store don’t make flatbread anymore. Plus I asked for sweet tea and they said they said they have coke products. I observed the tea machine on the counter observed they were to lazy to make tea. Not a lot of people care for coke products or maybe they are just trying to make sells. But anyway don’t understand some of these subways I see a lot of laziness with the employees. Don’t understand either how I can go to some subways and there on top of things. Will not go back into this subway

Very sad you get subway coupons sent to your home in albertville al and are told by a worker our owner doesn’t accept coupons. The worker said we will get fired. So we had to drive 6 miles down the road to Boaz to use the coupons. Shame on the albertville subway not accepting subway coupons to the citizens in albertville. Will always travel to Boaz now or elsewhere.

Very terrible experience. I paid for a steak sub and ended up with a vegetable sub because the girl working said her manager is getting strict about how much meat they use. They wasn’t even pre measured cups as usual. They girl used a scoop to sprinkle meat. Needless to say I will not be back

i did an online order and went to go pick it up, i got back in the car and i started to smell something real funky but couldn’t figure out what it was. well i moved closer to the bag and the bag smells like straight cigarettes. absolutely disgusting, and way too strong. youd think they just put a pack of cigarettes in the bag with the sandwiches. do better.

Ordered online and when my husband got home with them and took a bite a freaking thumbtack was in the sandwich! When we called whoever answered was so freaking rude. If you don’t want complaints make sure things like that don’t happen.

My wife and I went there, and they were out of bread. They had just a few sub-rolls of white bread left and some Flatbread. We ordered the Subway Club and asked for Pepper Jack Cheese. It was not put on either one, and it cost $25 + for two subs that were not up to par. The owner and management need to get their act together if they expect people to pay that much for a sub.

Those were the worse 3 meatball subs I haven’t ever gotten from there. They were cold we ccouldnt even eat them. They were doordshed but I followed him from time he left there till he got here. He didn’t make one stop between there and my house.

I don’t usually do online, especially for things like this and places like that. The lady was real nice just walked in ask her if I need to stand in line or going to go ahead and get my online order. She said she just needed my name. It really shocked me how good the sandwich was and it had everything that I had ordered just the right amount!!!
