Reviews
When I politely raised the issue, the manager was quite rude and simply insisted that this was the correct portion, showing no willingness to listen or address the concern. As a customer, it feels like feedback and customer satisfaction are no longer a priority.
I hope management reviews this situation because the quality and value have clearly declined.
1. The 2 entree and side is perfect!
Beijing beef is delicious and blaz bourbon chicken both were crispy! Seemed fresh
2. Fast service
3. Price is 10.50 for 2 entree and side
4. Good crab ragoons! Fresh
5. Good amount of food.
For speed, it’s basically the same. If the food you want is already out on the steam table, you go through the line really fast. But if you want something they have to cook first, expect a wait of up to 15 minutes.
They are using less sauce for the orange chicken, which I find very disappointing. Orange chicken is Panda Express’s signature dish and I really loved it back in my college days. Still tastes good, but not as much flavor. Chow Mein is perhaps a bit drier, but still good. Not too much oil. I was interested in the Honey Walnut Shrimp since it’s a new dish for me. It was pretty good, sweet with a few walnut pieces. The shrimp itself is probably the size you would expect from a fast food place, so not a big shrimp, but decent enough. Note that this is a soft shrimp dish, no crunch.
Overall, would come again for fast Chinese food, but I would stick to what’s already out and not get a premium dish.
Todays lunch was grilled teriyaki chicken with white rice. Delicious. Large portion and quite filling.
Enjoy!
