The people who own this Rita’s location truly care about their customers. I feel that every time I am there the workers are very happy to be where they are and they are excited to be working which is very rare. The service is great and very fast. The employees are always willing to let you try samples and never get frustrated with the customers. I am so glad they got a new location with better parking!

The prices are high for what they sell. Granted I love a gelati but nearly 5 dollars for some frozen ice and custard?? Not much else to say except they served the purpose of my yearly visit.

I was disappointed with the amount of custard that goes into a pint container to go. They swirl the bottom and just swirl It up like you would be getting a custard in a cup, you are not getting a true pint. A pint of ice cream should be stuck in and taking a smooth spoon and smoothing it out and fillling it to make sure you get a pint or quart.

Girls were very friendly i even got asked out on a date!! Although I didn’t want free custard she wouldn’t take no for an answer,so she was nice enough to give me and my 3 friends free Italian ice!! Idk if she was cold but I can saybit was warm in her car on her break!! I plan on coming back there over and over I love the friendly service,I wonder if she knows I am one of her co-workers boyfriends I tried telling her but I don’t think no is in her vocabulary,what do I do when I show up and my girlfriend and her are working same shift? I mean I think she will be ok if my gf joins and I know my gf will be ok with a quickie but idk how to say we already made ummm our own custard,just realized I turned this into dear abby…. anyway service is 5 star rating
