It’s been two separate occasions where my mobile order doesn’t go through at this specific location and they always seem That it’s inconveniencing them instead of me. If the point of mobile ordering is for convenience then this location has failed. And to blame the customer instead of taking ownership is wild.

Months after mask restrictions are lifted they still won’t open their bathroom. Just needed to WASH MY HANDS but no. Cancelled my order immediately, don’t give them business if they won’t even let you wash your hands during a pandemic. Disgusting management.

I have been contemplating leaving this review. I absolutely love this dunkin, and frequent here all the time. It’s a clean store, service is usually good and same with food and drinks. I am giving all 5 stars for everything, but there are issues that need to be addressed. Sometimes my drink is honestly terrible, and I hate to say that. It’s not often I get one that I feel that way. It truly depends on who makes it.
From what I know about the owners standards of their business, they would not approve about some of the drinks I have been given. Another issue I have, a shift leader at your store, thought it was appropriate to yell at one of your employees, in front of a me, a customer! That in my eyes is completely unacceptable and truly bad for business. I am in no way saying that she should be yelling at her employees in private, it’s not right in the first place, but in front of a customer? The aggression and anger spewing from her mouth was truly disappointing to see. Please rethink who you have in charge.

I rarely right reviews of chain because the service is always changing (employee turnover) and the pricing and quality is more or less the same at each location. The customer service here is good, like most DD’s.
The problem with this DD is the parking lot. It’s located at a busy intersection and shares the lot with a gas station. Making a left turn out of this place is insane.

I don’t remember the cashier’s name. She’s the am cashier during the weekday. She is awesome! The rest of the crew is great too! Always quick and efficient. The area is tight but you’re in & out.

The worst Dunkin I’ve Been to. They charged me $16 for 2 hashbrowns, one donut, and one $5.00 sandwich. How does this add up? The woman was so distracted and kept talking to my toddler. The donut was for my son, but when the woman handed me the bag her hands were literally covered in dirt. There’s no way I’ll be feeding this donut to my child. This place is disgusting and Dunkin’ Donuts should be ashamed for having them as an establishment with their name.

I rarely drink Dunkin’ anymore. Even shops that were once good seem to have forgotten how to make a good cup of coffee. I’ve never been in this area of NJ so I figured I would give this place a try.

I am unhappy with this place. They are usually really nice and I thought curbside was a great addition. A few times I have ordered curbside it has been a waste. I have two kids who I don’t always want to bring into a store, especially during this pandemic time. Twice I’ve been told they are too busy to bring out my order. If they are too busy for curbside then they shouldn’t offer it.
