This establishment has become my preferred dining location due to its proximity to my residence. The cuisine is of high quality, the staff is consistently courteous and attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasantly uncrowded.
I have visited this establishment on numerous occasions, likely exceeding ten. Primarily, I have dined with my family, but occasionally I have also purchased empanadas as a morning snack for my colleagues prior to 7:00 AM. The empanadas have been well-received by all my coworkers.
Every dining experience at this establishment has been positive. We have never encountered any issues with our food and have always departed feeling satisfied. Some of the portions are quite generous, necessitating that we take leftovers home.
The service provided to my family and me has consistently been excellent. The waitress who typically serves us is exceptionally friendly and even engages in playful banter with us. The food is delivered in a timely manner, and she periodically checks on us to ensure our satisfaction.
The ambiance of the establishment is quite pleasant. The walls are adorned with traditional Colombian decorations, and music is always playing. Since my initial visit, the establishment has undergone some renovations, including the addition of a bar, strobe lights, and a sound system for hosting parties. Occasionally, the volume of the music can be excessive, and the strobe lights can be bothersome if one is seated in an unfortunate location where the lights constantly shine in one’s eyes.
Overall, I am quite fond of this establishment and will continue to patronize it. On most occasions, the restaurant is not particularly busy, which creates the impression of having the entire place to ourselves.

The food and service is just OK.
As I went to pay , the fella at the register managed to insert a “gratuity” line on my check.
I worked for tips (gratuity) for a very long time in my late teens and throughout my 20’s. I just happen to tip very well knowing fully well what that means. I supported myself and relied on tips for many years.
But what you guys just did is not good at all. An automatic 20% is reserved for parties of 5 or 6 or more for all the r8ght reasons.
But to insert an automatic 20% gratuity thinking I wasn’t going to notice is quite disturbing.
How many times have you done that to your customers?
Bad business practice and for that you will never receive another dollar from me and perhaps the folks reading this will pass on the place just for that reason.

Unfortunately they do not know how to do cappuccino. There is no foam, just a lot of hot milk, so you donor feel taste of coffee. Asked to redo it, but they made the same second time.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend for meat empanadas. They are full of potato. And not the first time that happens but will be last. Also, only 2 sauces for 4 empanadas. My Lulo drink was okay..

Went in yesterday for a cappuccino …. not that good for $6 drink. What really bothered me was that lady charged me gratitude on my drink. I know it was only .73 cents. But why charge me gratitude when I just went in to purchase a drink …. I didn’t sit or order anything else. I understand if I sat and ate there. I won’t be returning to this place.
