Our waitress tonight was the worst. She was slow and kept forgetting our orders. We were seated right at the tables beside the bar. If I could give 0 stars I would. The waitress called me Karen! I could have called her a lot of things but I didn’t. That says something about the service here. We will not be back and I’ll do my bast to tell others about this place.

If you want a laid back fun bar this is it. It is a place you can be yourself. Karaoke – some people are great, some not so great but no one says anything. The bartenders are completely on their game. I am usually there on Fridays where Jennifer and Athena are working. They always know what I drink and are great to talk to. Bears games on Sundays are fun too.

My review is not for the staff or the place itself. My review is for the DJ, Sean. We were disappointed with our experience due to Sean’s disrespectful communication. When we made a reasonable request, the response was dismissive and condescending. Rather than addressing us, Sean spoke over us and implied we were being difficult. This behavior created unnecessary stress at a place that should have been enjoyable. While the atmosphere itself was enjoyable, the lack of professionalism and respect toward customers was unacceptable.

Experienced new things tonight: had a dude decide to try to fight me and a dude from a couple because he wanted to play a slots machine tonight and we were in the middle of playing so we didn’t get up. Got kicked out of the bar for disagreeing with him.

So, I’ve been a customer of Dan D Jac’s before. Great place, until they accused my friend of ‘stumbling’ and refused to serve her. They told us to take 5 minutes and then she could have a drink, so we did! Unfortunately, the bartender was PMS-ing, snatched the drink from my friends hand, and kicked all of us out. As much as we like the (other) staff, safe to say we will no longer be returning to this bar. Please do better, and fix the customer service! Cussed at us and was very rude.
