Purple puffery
I was overcharged for my meal and I got the wrong wort of baked potato. My fault for not double checking while there, rechecked price on their website when I got home. Over charged by nearly 30%. The food was as good as any other Wendy’s though, I’ll give them that. But when they over charge nearly 30% does being standard quality mean as much? Be careful at this location double check your order before paying.

Years ago I always gave them a high praise! They just went down hill. Waited at least 15 plus minutes on drive through. Burgers were cold, fries luke warm, burger meat was thin like a wafer. Like eating a salad on a bun. Very disappointed. Can’t recomend anymore. The good old diners!

I never really complain about anything but this got me really frustrated. Today, (2/4) at around 11:30 AM I went to this location and I had an online order so I didn’t have to wait long as I was on my way to work. I get on the line for the drive thru, and they took a very long time to take orders at the speakers. They took about 10+ minutes per person, just on the speaker! This is completely outrageous. I overheard the person in front of me get yelled at because they don’t speak much English and the worker was getting mad they werent understanding. After about 20 minutes I finally made it up to the speaker (mind you there was 2 people in front of me) the worker told me that it’ll be a second before she can take my order, and I was okay with that, but eventually this took 5 minutes to even speak to me, and in that time I was waiting she was talking over the speaker, I guess she didn’t realize her microphone was on, and she started complaining saying that this is annoying, and she was swearing left and right, and heard her yell at another worker in there, and the customer who was in front of me. This is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever been to and I will never return.

5:45 Monday 12/15. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff were some of the rudest people i’ve ever seen keep a job. As soon as I walked in I heard the long-haired kid start complaining about he doesn’t want to face the music up front with the customer (being me), so he instructed his manager to help me. After the manager started helping, another customer came up asking for them to fix the burger they made for him. When the long-haired guy got frustrated with the gentleman who wanted his order corrected he walked away and started making comments. To which the manager stopped helping me, to help the customer that was walked away from. After she fixed his order, she got back to me and started making faces about having to help him, and complaining about work. After listening to her complain she gave me the wrong size drinks for my meal, and after I got home none of the burgers were thoroughly cooked. Barely saw gloves being used, even after people touching their faces. I wont be surprised if this place eventually gets shut down because of the geniuses that think they are better than the job that they are stuck at.

What happened to this location?? 2nd time ordering and order was messed up. Asked for extra cheese and got no cheese. Quality of chicken was disgusting. Burger was so cold. Bread was falling apart. Management needs to be more involved and care more about their business.

I have never seen or dealt with such rude people in a customer service role. You would think you insulted them by shopping there. They cut you off after asking what you would like to order, to make it worse, when you say what you want they want to groan as if you asked them to do overtime. Needless to say, I’m not desperate enough to deal with that mess again. Might say the wrong thing and have your food messed with.

Went there for lunch( take out) and out of the 6 people there nobody got the right food. I ordered 2 jbc one plain (cheese and bacon only) and one with no lettuce. Neither one was correct. The staff is too concerned with doordash. They completely ignore walk in customers then get mad at the customer when they give the wrong food. It took over 10 minutes to get the plain jbc ( which was still wrong). This place is a joke… not going back. Train your people WENDYS!!

Drive through is inconsistent, but usually slow. Tried going here a few times for “fast” food, but after waiting 10minutes in line just to order, I ended up going elswhere.
