I’ve been going to the Subway on Winnie since I moved to Carson in 1995. This used to be the best Subway to go to. However, for the past few months, the quality of the food has gone way down. After our order today, we will not be back. Our two footlongs were extremely light on toppings and the bread was dry and shriveled. We ordered extra vegetables and still ended up with skimpy and missing toppings. For my sandwich, I only get spinach as a topping. I asked for more than the light sprinkling of leaves they first put on the sandwich. I was told it’s company policy to only do a “handful” of each topping. Even if you only get one topping, they can not add any additional leaves of spinach. My husband gets every topping and we paid for an extra amount of each. We ended up with the now-usual dusting of toppings, and they skipped several of them. Our condiments were one squirt each, most of which covering only one side of the bread. This has happened too many times and is not worth the $12-$18 we spend on each sandwich. We will be taking our business elsewhere until the management changes and they remember how to serve a reasonable amount of toppings.

The two guys that usually work here are the rudest employees i have ever come across. Go to any other location but this one. Corporate needs to come do some investigating at this location.

I’m prob gonna get food poisoning from here. The veggies were all looking days old and barely any available. When I got topping I got 3 olives and paper thin avocado. Very chincy with their toppings. Go elsewhere

The two boys working tonight provided the single worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. The boy named Ayraa was incredibly rude, he refused to allow me to pick my vegetables and kept pointing to the picture of the sandwich and he said “I only going to make this way” and I asked if I can have tomato’s and jalapeños multiple times, and he refuses to let me pick anything, they were blasting music that was way too loud, then Ayraa looked like he went to the bathroom and came back with same gloves on. I will never visit this place again, these boys are going to ruin this location. I walked out without a sandwich because I refuse to be treated this poorly. I will be contacting corporate now.

Don’t ever order online at this location. The employees threw napkins all in our bag, didn’t listen to what we had ordered. My fiancé asked for a little oil and vinegar on the sandwich and it was drenched. I ordered a large drink and paid for it cause in the app you have to pay before it gets made and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have large cups and said I was out of luck with no compensation. The workers are extremely rude and condescending.

We had a Subway coupon for 2 sandwiches. When we went to use the coupon and pay for our sandwiches they said we don’t take coupons. There was nothing posted on the door or at the register saying they don’t take a valid subway coupons.
Made us pay full price. We should have just left and went somewhere else. I do not recommend this place. These two boys were not friendly.

It’s so terrible. I went in and asked for a grilled chicken and cheese sandwich. And the sandwich was toasted with bell peppers as that’s how I usually always get it. The guy put little to no mean on my sand with and very little cheese and the chicken was super cold. Food was nasty.

1st time going to this location. The food was made and tasted decent. The service on the other hand, had much to be desired! The two Indian guys that worked there didn’t seems to speak much English, so this made ordering somewhat difficult. They were playing very loud Indian music which made it a bit harder to communicate with them. They guy who took the order was a bit rude, acted as if he was being bothered to do his work.
