I have been here a good bit over the past year as well as other wingstop and its always been the same old cold left over trash with sorry employees that never cared. But I gave it another go because there fries are great when fresh and hot. Well I noticed a new manger well not sure if new but new to me as well as the other worker not sure if she was a manger but should be if not. This was my best service I ever got from a wingstop the manger what white lady and the other girl was a black lady they did a great job waiting on the customer and made everyone feel welcome thank yall hopefully yall can teach the other staff the great customer service skills yall carry food was great

Hardscrabble store is the best store I’ve tried and when I say the GM Danny is the best person I’ve ever met when it comes to making sure my food and my experience was top notch. He made sure his employees stay on task and made sure the job was done. Everything is run awesome from the customer service to the food. Great job everyone. We need more people like that team to keep pushing to keep customer happy even tho it be busy, my family and I were pleased. Thank you and I will be coming back for my Louisiana Rub…. Omg got me wanting some now lol.

I have never been to Wingstop even though I frequently go to the publix next door. I came only because my family from out of town wanted it after we left a lounge and it was late and they were open. The place was clean and welcoming. The front cashier was very nice and had good customer service. The food was hot and good. Will definitely come back. Had a great first time experience. Just hope I can get the same service from the day crew

I work second shift and we order all the time. I picked up my order and it was packed wrong. I said something and the white lady immediately accused me of be rude. I’m a black woman and I was not rude. I simply stated my issue with my and my coworker food being pack wrong. They took the bag back and she reach all the way in over my uncovered fries. I then ask her for a refund. She told me no and I would have to talk to the manager. I then explained we were on lunch break and that was our only money. I had to ask her to remake my food. They all need more training. I will have the manager run the cramas back tomorrow. I don’t appreciate being lied to and on. The point on line ordering was to be back for my break. I lost a point and wasn’t able to eat.

Picking up my food and it’s a funky smell so I’m asking her for sweet tea she say they are e out but all the drinks are watered down needed to be changed out so as I’m asking her the young man in the back say he’s not changing it…… then when I ask about the smell she tells me it’s mold in the drink machine so I ask for a refund on my drinks because who gonna drink out of a moldy machine. The young man interjects and say I ain’t refunding no drink they don’t even cost nothing and at this point I just had to walk out b cause not only is it a health issue but after working a 12hr shift I wasn’t going to argue with a child very rude very unsanitary when I comes to the drink machine highly disappointed

Went in. Had time to use the wait standing without being greeted and use the restroom before anyone acknowledged another gentleman and myself waiting at the front. When we finally were serviced, it wasnt polite or courteous. Peeked in the bag before leaving, saw I had decent amount of fries (with my requested extra fry season) and VERY briefly peaked at wings. Seemed to be cool……got in the car, severely disappointed. I don’t like “wet” wings. I’m used to garlic Parm having just enough butter/garlic for the Parm to stick. These look like they were dipped in a melted stick of butter. Garlic taste almost non existent. Fries look like I got the whole corner of the bottom of the bag. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.
UPDATE:
Spoke to manager about my order. They offered to remake it. I went in today and had the order remade. Angel was an absolute Godsend. She was working ALONE but had a positive attitude and made sure my food was fresh and done correctly.

I’ve had some mixed experiences at this location but this last one takes the cake and I will definitely not spend a dime here again! 09/29/2025 I placed my order on the restaurant app as usual and proceeded to go to the restaurant at the time it stated the food would be ready!! Once I arrived I noticed quite a bit of customers standing around looking not so happy! I went to the call in/pick up order line to let them know my name and even showed them the order on my phone!! I was told that the order was being freshly made and it would be 10 minutes!! Mind you, the order was placed at 7:55 & was said to be ready at 8:22!! I started asking a few people how long they had been waiting and I was surprised to hear that one door dash order has been there since 7:20 and it was now 8:25!! I started looking at the Monday night football game on the tv and after a while I noticed 15 mins had went by and I was still not notified that my order was ready!! As I proceeded back to the counter, I saw all of the workers on their phone, one being the manager who stood at the front of the counter, not assisting or communicating with any customers but on his phone for the next 5 minutes until I had to say “excuse me”,
Being a business owner myself, I know that you have to set a standard being one in charge and if not, the workers will not respect you!! So after I explained to him what was going on, he said “let me check on that for you “ but never came back to let me know anything!! Everyone that I asked about the order just kept saying it was being made until once guy came up and said that the chicken was thawing out because they hadn’t taken enough chicken out of the freezer!!
I continued to wait because my family was waiting on food and by the time I received my order, it was 9:25! This is completely unacceptable and this isn’t the 1st time I’ve experienced poor service and poor communication from this location but I’ve tried to be understanding because I know places are short of workers!! Thats not the case here. There were at least 7 employees in there at the time with only 2 of them actually working!!
Poor management is the downfall of many establishments and if this problem isn’t resolved soon, this location will not last with a 2.2 Google rating…mostly being due to poor customer service!!

The new manager Kayla was very quick in fixing my order which was missing a fry and changed a bag for me that was leaking.. she also apologized for the inconvenience while her workers were giving her a hard time. Thank you so much Kayla for your help and great customer service!

Ordered from this place via door dash. I ordered a 10 pc traditional wing combo all flats and I received boneless wings. I notified door dash and they reordered my food and the second delivery was the exact same thing. Either those kids in there don’t know the difference between a boneless wing and traditional wing or they just don’t pay attention to orders!!! I was pissed because I was hungry. The crazy thing is that I talked to the store manager about the first order so I’m thinking there is no way they could mess up the second order but I was wrong!!!

This was my first time going to Wingstop and Jovoeh and Azaria were very friendly and welcoming! The seasoned fries and chicken were tasty. I would just get less salt next time.
