I’ve been coming to Maui for three years, and I always make sure to stop by Mediterranean Grill. This time, I was amazed by the incredible changes — they’ve added tables, lights, plants, and even music. The atmosphere is beautiful and very inviting. I also noticed the falafel tastes completely different — way more flavorful! I asked the girls, and they told me they’re using a new recipe. I definitely recommend it. Another detail: they have super fast internet.

My wife and I had one of the best meals of our entire lives at this food truck today. The flavors were outstanding and everything was cooked to perfection. The portions were generous and even though we were really full we couldn’t stop because it tasted so good. Friendly staff, great ambiance. This one is worth the trip regardless of where you stay on island.

The reason I am giving it a 2 is that the best thing out of our meal for 4, was the grape leaves. I think the truck was sold to a new owner. I came here a few years ago and the owner back then was friendly and was talking to us about the lebanes food he makes and the falafel was delicious with flavor, this time no flavor, the humus, was grity with no flavor and my grape leaves had yogurt on top which I didnt want. The chicken shawarma was a lettuce wrap with a bit of chicken. However, the lettuce and cabbage under my grape leaves was good.It was dissapointing. It was very clean which was the best part.

got a falafel plate (added hot sauce, added feta, and it came to $28 after tip).
it was just OK for me and i don’t think i would try it again, especially for the price. i liked the saffron rice and the tzatziki, but the falafel were suuuuper dry and bland (no herbs?) and the pita was not worth eating. i was really disappointed in the low quality of the falafel. have had frozen with more flavor.

We ended up here somewhat by accident and hollllyyy, what a happy accident! Some of the best food we’ve enjoyed on Maui. As we were warned, portions are large. Two adults and one 7 year old split a chicken shawarma plate and Greek salad. What a treat!

We ordered the chicken shawarma, shrimp salad, and falafel (which has a new recipe). Everything was amazing. We got our food to-go, but the atmosphere at the place is really nice — great ambiance and background music. The girls who helped us were very kind. I definitely recommend it.

The food is amazing! It’s so great to find a fellow Lebanese person here in Maui. Sam is the most friendly, excellent host! The food is authentic, homemade, fresh and delicious. Make sure you get the Toum (garlic whip), it’s the best I’ve had outside of Beirut! The falafel is donut shaped, which is the most authentic! It was so good we came back twice. 10/10!

I tried the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich, the Gyro, the Chicken Shawarma Salad, and the Mediterranean Loco Moco… all of them were absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and made with super fresh ingredients. The vibe here is great, the staff is incredibly friendly, and they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Service is fast, portions are generous, and the value for the quality you get is excellent.

I had the Chicken Shawarma Plate. It came with rice, Hummus and salad. The presentation was beautiful, colorful intentionally appealing. The flavors were amazing. The chicken was tender and had bold flavor. The Hummus had great texture, flavor and screamed homemade. The salad was a great Brite bite with a vinaigrette dressing. This is a great place to eat and worth the beautiful drive to Haiku.
